Jan 25,2024CafePress is one of a kind.Their prints were really clean and just what I was expecting. I made a few matching coffee prints on mugs and t-shirts for Christmas and I was really pleased with how they came out. One thing though, not so sure about the accuracy of their T-shirt colours, red especially. Else, very nice production.

Jan 24,2024The Clever system was very easy to use. The response by the agent was quick. Of the 3 agents provided, I chose Shane Cabrera at Keller Williams. He is an experienced and outstanding agent! He was spot on in the pricing of the property, excellent in the marketing-he did an open house almost every weekend until the property sold. The property was on the market less than 60 days and escrow was less than 30 days. My experience was outstanding. Forget the rest, Clever is the best!

Jan 23,2024Our agent Julie Raese affliated with Century 21 was very knowledgeable and very responsive no matter the day or time of day/night we needed her. She and the Clever process helped us sell our house in record speed. We had at least 7 showings in the 1st week of listing the house on Jan 3, 2024, received 3 offers and closed on Jan 18, 2024. That is a 2 week turnaround! Offers were sent electronically so no need to take time off work or travel anywhere. Just needed to go to the title office on the day of the closing. Took an hour and received a check same day. Great experience!

The customer service from his agency Beachology was by far the best we have experienced when selling a home. Once we accepted the offer there was a check list provided with dates to keep the process moving to a timely closing. Mark exceeded our expectations.
