Nov 10,2022Was promised a refund after being charged a subscription despite cancelling. Was told to expect the refund in 2-5 working days. 10 days later and no refund and now no reply’s from any emails sent to them asking for an update. Will be taking further action if not rectified.

Sent them an e-mail but they replied saying there's no contract but they've took £129.95 out of my bank . This needs investigation

Nov 08,2022Its a pity that i cant give - stars. I newer seen such a fraudulent company. They will collect your cc data and will continue rip off ridiculous amount of money every month. And there is no why to stop subscription. Although they say to stop you need to cancel it online or write an email. I did so but i have feeling that the manager is pretending to be not 100 precent well, ignore all you emails ir giving ridiculous answers. I dont think its legal. Someone need to lawsuit them!

Nov 04,2022What a shame this whole app is. You can't see anything usefull or current big shows on the tv app and the website doesn't work properly. Make sure to contact them when you want to sign of your subscription because they didn't cancel my account when i clicked the the cancel button on the website. After asking for my money back (149 euros for a whole year whilst the app doesnt work) they didnt want to refund it and just started ignoring me instead. Thanks for nothing guys hope you enjoy your money.

Oct 15,2022I love this platform! The variety of videos I can watch and use to train with my horse helped me a lot to tighten the connection we have so far. Of course the price is "high" compared to other platforms but at the end of the day this company is producing a lot of videos and covering most shows in the world! The price is absolutely fair in relation to the offered content.

And with their poor customer service, issues and technical difficulties became a problem I had too live with! But now I’ve been send a request for over a 100 euros on top of the monthly fee that I’ve been paying! I’m deleting my account as soon as I find the money to pay off this scam of a streaming platform DONT PAY FOR THIS, IT IS NOT WORTH IT

Sep 20,2022Ich habe ein Monat kostenlos bei Clip My Horse ausprobiert. Plötzlich sehe ich, dass ich 150 Euro zu diesem Firma bezahlt haben. Ich schreibe dem sofort, dass ein Fehler passiert sein muss und dass ich mein Abonnement sofort kündigen möchten. Weil ich ein Tag zu spät mit meinem Kündigung bin, habe ich für ein ganzes Jahres Abonnement bezahlt. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und unzufrieden mit der so genannten Kundenservice.

Sep 15,2022Shockingly bad service I took out a 30 day free trial in August. Since I didn't want to get caught with their sneak attack of charging you at the end of the trial, I cancelled it a couple of weeks early. I was not allowed to view anything after I cancelled. 14 days is not a 30 day free trial. This isn't the first problem I've had with them. Terrible (and very expensive!) streamer. I wish FEI tv would come back! WOW 10 months later I get a response. Never using your service again. Never heard of a streaming service that cancels a free trial early.

Sep 06,2022Ich habe mich nach dem Probeabo gegen eine Mitgliedschaft entschieden da es sich für mich nicht rentiert hat. Leider war ich mit der Kündigung einen halben Tag zu spät. CMH hat sich aber als sehr sehr kulant gezeigt und mir die Mitgliedschaft storniert. Nochmals vielen Dank für diesem super Kundenservice!

Aug 06,2022Rip off company, not clear in their description of terms. I used to have a subscription, not realizing that I was signing up for a year rather than for a month to month contract. I canceled rather than renewing for another year because they wanted an additional fee (extra to the subscription I was already paying) to watch a three day event.

Jul 13,2022Ich habe Clipmyhorse im Jahresabo abonniert und bin mäßig zufrieden. Ja, ich kann Turniere rund um die Welt schauen, aber der Ton lässt oft zu wünschen übrig und der Kommentator beim CHIO hat mich, wenn übertragen wurde, fast zum Free-TV getrieben. Ich verstehe - bei all den Übertragungen rund um den Globus - den Preis, würde aber nicht erneut abonnieren. Dafür ist mir die Mediathek einfach zu langweilig.

Jun 20,2022Sadly they bought FEI tv which was much more superior. It's incredibly difficult to navigate, the layout of the website is confusing and rubbish. It also seems to have none of the backlog FEI tv used to have which is sad. FEI TV was hugely superior and it's quite sad how it's turned out. Luckily they still post a large majority of big events for free on their youtube. There's also the scummy policy they have for membership other people here have mentioned but to be honest it's so badly laid out and difficult to find anything specific that its not even worth it for free. Rip FEI tv you will be missed.

May 19,2022Hallo Clip my horse Team Ich find es wirklich doof das ich jetzt garnichts mehr gucken kann ohne geld zu bezahlen nicht mal mehr im kleinen Format. Das ist wirklich sehr sehr schade. Ich kann 1 Sekunde gucken und dann kommt direkt weiter schauen nur mit Premium. Ich möchte einfach nur zwischen durch mal gucken und nicht dafür gelb bezahlen müssen.

Jan 23,2023DÅRLIGT + DÅRLIG SERVICE Øv, hvor træls. intet aktivt medlemskab og alligevel trækkes der penge fra min konto. Når man kontakter dem, så skriver de at medlemskabet er aktivt og der ikke er sket en fejl, dårlig service. + det er umuligt at trække sine kortoplysninger ud af systemet :((((
