Feb 13,2022EDIT TO ADDRESS COMPANY REPLY: When you have over 80% of people telling you that you are 3 stars or below in service, it's time to listen, not triple down. This company tries to explain everything as if it's super obvious in their terms of service, uhhhh no, it's buried on purpose. IF YOU ARE "STUCK" IN A "CONTRACT" WITH THIS COMPANY, I PROMISE YOU ARE NOT. In clause 9.6 of their own Terms and Services you have the right to cancel service at any time. They try to change up the language on you, referring to contracts and agreements to confuse you. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THIS SERVICE AT ANY TIME!!!!!!!! IF YOU ARE OVER THIS BS THEN REFER THEM TO CLAUSE 9.6 (the exact clause may have changed, but look in the T&S for the info on how to cancel your account) IN EMAIL AND LET THEM KNOW THAT IF YOU RECEIVE ONE MORE CHARGE YOU WILL REPORT THEM FOR FRAUD, IN REFERENCE TO THEIR OWN TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT YOU ARE HAPPY TO SUPPLY TO THE BANK/FINANCING COMPANY. The second I said that they released me from their "charges". Can't call it a contract if they won't abide by their own rules.This company is straight up predatory. They're an online streaming platform of videos you can find for free on YouTube and yet they have this God-complex. Clipmyhorse.tv unfortunately acquired FEI.tv, which was awesome. So basically it gives you the option to have a free trial and then it just automatically signs you up for a plan. Well guess what, you give them your cc info, you're locked in for a year. You can "cancel" your membership and they will still bill you for the entirety of that year. I contacted them to tell them to cancel my account and the man I spoke with, how do I put it nicely, seems to believe that he has all the authority. Nah dude. In our email conversation he sent me the terms and conditions, in which I found clause 9.6, which says that the customer or company has the right to cancel the membership at any time. Full stop. I referenced this, and this customer service person replied and basically said 'yeah, you can, and you did, and your membership will end in August.' I replied and said that's not how that works. Terms and conditions are legally binding documents that are meant to be as precise and specific as possible, so that companies can keep their money and not be sued. Well the clause says NOTHING about how you have the right to cancel your membership BUT you still have to pay the remainder of the membership. So the dude doesn't even understand the terms and conditions of his own company. Anyways, next time they bill me I am going to file it as fraud with my bank and have them investigate. This company has no legal footing, they state in their terms and conditions that they have no legal ability to try and collect your money beyond the information you give them. Their policy if you don't pay is to cancel your membership. Hello...THAT'S WHAT I WANT. If you want to be roped into a vague yearly contract that they won't let you out of, sign up. Or just watch it for free on YouTube. This company knows they're predatory and they straight up don't give a flying fart. Response to company over 1.5 years later. We know you don't care about your customers or it wouldn't have taken you this long. You want $$$$$$$$. I do not care that you think you have a monopoly on FEI events. It's cute pretending that you have any authority on the internet. We all know how to live without you and will NEVER give you our money again. Rot.

Dec 15,2021Noget overraskende var jeg efter en prøveperiode bundet i 12 måneder. Der stod man kunne opsige mår man ville men altså kun i prøveperiode viste det sig. Øv 1500kr dyre lærepenge. Tjenesten er som sådan ok hvis man får det brugt.

Nov 09,2021Skriver man får en mail 5 dage før den gratis prøveperiode udløber og de vil trække pengene for et år, hvilket ikke passer og de har nu trukket 1300kr fra min konto uden nogen form for faktura/bon eller 14 dages returret som begge dele er lovpligtigt!

Please answer your mails. You havent send the emails you promised og won't answer mail. That's not serious company worthy. Oct 14,2021Ich habe ClipMyHorse für einen Monat getestet. Habe aber nicht viel angeschaut, wie so oft reicht die Zeit einfach nicht. Es lohnt sich für mich nicht. So ein einmonatiges Probabo kann man auch mal vergessen zu kündigen. 4 Tage vor Ablauf bekam ich eine Erinnerungsmail, dass der Probemonat abläuft und das Abo dann kostenpflichtig wird. Das finde ich super! Sehr fair und kundenfreundlich. Top! Qualität und Webseite finde ich gut, manchmal ist die Suche von Clips bei bestimmten Veranstaltungen etwas unübersichtlich. Aber sonst alles gut.

Jul 01,2021Ich nutze Clipmyhorse schon lange, benutze dafür vorwiegend das IPad. Durch die letzte Umstellung lassen sich in der App Beiträge nur sehr schwer finden, ganze Prüfungen gar nicht mehr. Anfragen diesbezüglich werden leider nicht beantwortet.

Jun 16,2021ACHTUNG ABOFALLE!!!! Ich habe ein Probeabo vereinbart und hänge jetzt in einem Jahresabo für 149,95€. Die absolut unfreundliche Dame am Telefon hat mich regelrecht von oben herab behandelt als ich ihr meine Situation geschildert habe, so etwas unverschämtes habe ich selten erlebt. Kulanz ist für dieses Unternehmen leider auch ein Fremdwort. Lasst es lieber sein und guckt über FreeTV, da seid ihr auf der sicheren Seite.

May 28,2021ADVARSEL Lav aldrig en gratis prøveperiode på deres side - de snyder hvis de kan komme afsted med det og besvare derefter ikke mails eller telefonopkald efter mange forgæves forsøg. Det er simpelhent for dårligt. Jeg ligger en sag an mod dem.

May 08,2021Firmaet fortsætter med at hæve penge på din konto selvom medlemskabet er opsagt. Der er tavshed når man forsøger at komme i kontakt. Selvom de hæver penge, så har man ikke adgang til clipmyhorse. Overvej om du vil af med 17 euro hver 3 mdr til ingenting. Aldrig i livet om et stævne igen bliver så vigtigt for mig, at jeg vil stjæles fra konstant 🤮

Aug 16,2020Das Angebot hat so funktioniert, wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. 5 Sterne aber auch für den Kundenservice und die Kulanz. Wir haben einen Tag zu spät gekündigt. ClipMyHorse hat trotzdem die Kündigung angenommen und den Jahresbeitrag erstattet.

Jul 10,2020Ich nutze ClipMyHorse.TV seit einigen Jahren und bin begeistert von dem Angebot. Unzählige Liveübertragungen von Turnieren aus der ganzen Welt und meistens funktioniert alles einwandfrei. Manchmal ist der Ton etwas laut, aber dann kann ich den an meinem Computer leise machen.

Apr 12,2022Som mange andre, blev jeg også fanget i deres "prøveperiode". Jeg ville opsige med det samme, men det kan man ikke, og så glemte jeg alt om det. Nu har jeg fået trukket 150€ svarene til 1160 kr. Det er virkelig mange penge givet ud til noget, som man ikke bruger. Synes det er vildt, at man binder sig til et år. Hvis det blot havde været en måned, så havde det da været mere overskueligt... Men super smart af dem, for de ved sikkert, at mange glemmer det. Jeg bruger dem ikke igen.
