Oct 17,2022Hi Hamza, Our trip experience on your coach to the CWGC Cemetary in Etaples France to commemorate WW1 West Indian graves went fantastically Your two drivers were exceptional and we have already decided that in the future we will give you enough notice to ensure that those two gentlemen are with us. They both took charge of our itinerary and kept us informed of the progress as we travelled to France by the Shuttle. Kirral went over and beyond what was expected. At the end of the journey, after we all unloaded… he literally sprinted 1/4 mile to get the car of one of our disabled veteran… That for me, as the event organisers spoke volumes of him and was a good look for your company. In addition, providing us with a 53 seater for the cost of a 22 seater made it possible to be able to carry 28 more passengers to include two WW2 veterans with us which added to the prestige of the occasion.. Aug 18,2022First time arranging transportation for 50 people from across the Atlantic. I live in New York and was headed to London for my parents' memorial service. Was given the task of arranging transportation for the family. I was anxious. What with all the scam going on in the world now. Looked up options online, had an easy straight forward booking with Ahmed. The driver Keish was excellent-punctual,professional,patient and very friendly and helpful. What we were told at booking was what we got, excellent service in a very clean bus. The communication with the company was helpful,got a text with the name and phone number of our driver some days before the event. Will recommend coach rentals anyday.

Aug 16,2022My first experience organising transport for 24 people and it was a success. I was pretty nervous about arranging the transport but Riz put my mind at ease. The driver, Robert, was really chilled out. He let us play music and have a couple of drinks. Really reliable and great vehicle. My advice for anyone booking, make sure you choose somewhere easy to get picked up or dropped off from - a carpark or hotel drop off area

Jul 13,2022Do not use this company they are scammers! They answer the phone and say that they have availability to take your booking. They send you a confirmation email with a payment link. They then do not answer any of your calls or emails and no transport is sent. They stole nearly £700 and 10 people were left with no transport and had to book alternative transport for more money. They are rude, and total con artists! I hope karma comes around and gets them. Evil, vile people!

Jul 04,2022I WAS SCAMMED £450 FROM THIS COMPANY! AND HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED A REFUND AFTER A YEAR! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Do not use this company….The dodgiest company ever, was stranded in Gatwick and had to fork out even more money to get home…AN ABSOLUTE SCAM! I can’t believe they’re still allowed to do business. I’ve reported them however nothing has been done so please if you have had the same experience please REPORT REPORT REPORT them.

May 27,2022I should have read this review before booking!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Dodgy company - say they will send out a coach and then send out multiple Ubers - they do not turn up on time - are very rude - do not answer the phone and mess up plans that have been booked!! Very unreliable and crooked!!! AVIOD AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! If I could leave negative stars I would!!!
