Mar 06,2024This letter is to serve as an "as strong as possible", Thank You and recommendation to Micheal Prendargast. Shortly after I contacted Coastal Debt Resolve Micheal contacted me. I was in a bit of a panic as I was involved in a MCA situation caused by a wife with dementia. Micheal had incredible people skills and was very professional and yet understanding. He displayed a deep understanding of the MCA industry and was beyond helpful. If anyone finds themselves in a debt dilemma I recommend Micheal as an extremely valuable resource. My situation had a criminal component and was referred to the United States Justice Dept. with a full investigation underway. Mar 02,2024I contracted services from this group back in January 2024. The sales person made the process to settle our debts relatively simple and presented the group as being lawyers and legal professionals. I signed up and began the process and to say it has been chaotic is an understatement. I asked for a detailed step-by-step accounting of what I needed to do to protect myself from liens and the rep I spoke to assured me if I followed her advice, we would be protected. Within days, we had a lien that froze all of our money coming out from our largest delivery application. The same rep assured me she simply had to write a letter to get it lifted. Days, then weeks went by- nothing. She kept saying she was writing the letter, but never did. At this point, the delivery application was holding over $10k of ours and all I got was the runaround from Coastal Debt. When I finally spoke to a supervisor, it turns out the rep was just a paralegal and advised me things that were completely untrue. Once the lien is there, there is no way to remove it until the debt is settled. The supervisor was flabbergasted at what was told to me, per her reading my account notes, but all she could offer me was to say she would talk to the rep who misguided me- nothing more! At this point, I had lost all faith in their services and wanted to cancel my services. They had me set up an escrow account that I was told was for the purposes of settling debt in a lump sum - when I checked the account, Coastal Debt had drained it of almost all the money I placed in there- almost $10k. I have called numerous times and am still getting the runaround about recovering my money. I feel like I have been scammed. I am now down $25k between the lien and them taking my money. I needed help and they almost put me out of business! I want my money back.

Feb 22,2024Craig, an associate called me and my first instinct, recieving many calls I wanted to end the call asap. However, I am so glad I heard what he had to say, he was so knowledgeable and very transparent to the point that after couple mins of convo. He knew I wouldn’t be a good fit for what he can offer, and the most amazing thing happened, which is so rare. He stayed on the phone with me and answered all my questions, and gave me so much useful information going forward about the industry. It was so helpful because a different company was trying to pull a fast one and I was undecided and with his information, I knew exactly what to do. He totally went out of his way and that shows what type of person this company offers. If I ever require these services, hands down I will use this company

Feb 20,2024Coastal Debt Resolve is an awesome resource for businesses that have gotten in trouble cash flow problems with MCOs. Jake with Coastal is amazing, and was available to answer all my questions and he remained available even after the contract was signed. I would refer Coastal to any business owner struggling to make weekly/monthly payments to MCOs and needing to save their business financially.

Feb 16,2024I found myself contemplating options on how to deal with a couple of MCA debts I took on while in a rough patch for my business. I found Coastal Debt Resolve online, read through reviews here on TrustPilot, and discovered how well they were rated overall. I reached out and had the pleasure of speaking to Craig Cohen. During our call, he took down all of the info regarding my MCA debts. He then clearly let me know what options were on the table, what risks may be associated, and what he believed the best approach would be for me and my business. I had no doubt during any part of the conversation that he was only looking out for my best interests and that he was relying on his extensive experience to provide me with his most honest opinion. At the end of the call, I was left with excellent advice and a clear path to move forward. We determined my risk was low enough where I'm at, and it didn't make sense for me to use Coastal's services at this point. Instead, he provided a method that I may be able utilize to help my cash flow by speaking with my lender directly. He let me know I could contact him for any advice in the future, or if at any point my situation became more dire, that he and Coastal would work to assure me that my company can rely on their protection. Craig is an A+ advisor in my book, thank you for knowledge and honesty!
