I started with Coastal debt in february hoping to get help getting my MCA resolved. When I signed up, I was told that they would work on negotiating with the companies in order to reduce the terms of the loans helping me get them paid off. I paid them over $10000 and not only did I get a lien on one of my companies funds, for a total of $15000 but I had a lawsuit with GoTorro and just received another lawsuit from Everest. I was with them for 3 months with noone reaching out to these companies so I have since switched companies and I have had the lien finally removed from the funds on that company but it would not have been removed, and those funds would continue go to QFC because they were going to get as much as they could. I only owed that company a little over $3000 and they got over $15000. I have been able to reach a settlement with Go Torro but will have to pay the full amount owed because it took so long for anyone to reach out and Coastal received the information as soon as I was served. When I would question anything, I would be told they understood but they had to wait to start the negotiation phase. If I had waited another 3 months, I wouldnt have had anything left. When I sent in a request to drop the program, the supervisor of the person I was talking to, was very rude to me. Instead of listening to my concerns and complaints, she basically told m I needed to be quiet and listen to her. I would not recommend them if you dont have the extra money you are about to be out as they wait to even contact the companies to let them know you are wanting to negotiate the terms
