Oct 19,2024There is something inherently bad with the company. It's the process for me. What they negotiated I was able to do myself directly with the collection agency that the lender hired to collect. I regret signing up with Coastal Debt Resolve, because they're a terrible outfit. They they did not do anything different that I ended up doing on my own. Hopefully I can recoup the escrow or they send it to the lender.

He educated me on things about the loan I took that I didn't even know about until now, and gave me an option I didn't know existed. Like anything there are pro's and con's, but the fact that he wasn't shy about telling me about both made me know he was being totally straight with me, and I'm going to be talking with my partners about having Coastal get us out of this hole we dug.

Although they won’t be helping me out right now due to my situation, Christopher Boulahanis is the man. He gave me information and different options available to me. I was stressing over the financial situation that I am in until I spoke to Christopher. He took the time to break down the whole process of how MCA loans work and what I can do to be financially free. He didn’t try to sell me anything nor did he pressure me to do anything right away, he talked to me like a normal human being, he puts you first and will make it easy for you to understand your situation.
