Wanted an Idromat for our water pressure system. They found the correct one at a good price and delivery was fast. Couldn't do enough for me. Their customer service was excelent. I would reccomend them and will use them again

I saw a part which is CLEARLY marked in stock on their website, I then placed an order for the part only to receive an e-mail saying it would be 3-weeks delivery as there is no stock!! No apology, nothing. I e-mailed back asking why it shows in stock (and still does) when they are not in stock at all and was told it is just how their system works!! How can you say parts are in stock when they aren't? That's just a blatant lie. Very, very poor service!!

The part received was not as described to me on the telephone, and has been returned for a full refund ( however I do not think they will refund my return P/P I called to explain only to be told "we have never held this part in stock. I had asked you guys to measure the total thread length I was told its over 45 mm what turned up was not a taper plug but parallel and only 17 mm long. I feel its a poor show when the stores say's yes we have it, but then we can not send it " Ordered 1.25" taper plug with square drive and at least 1.75" long.
