They managed to find me a great deal, and went above and beyond to ensure i had the vehicle on time. The customer service was excellent and I'm extremely happy with the vehicle. I will certainly be using Complete Leasing for any future car leases I wish to take out. Highly recommended.

May 04,2021I couldn’t have asked for an easier way to get a car with a truly fantastic price. I’m a new(ish) driver and my first car got written off after just a small bump... I found Complete Leasing and I had a car delivered and ready to drive within 5 days of my order! After the car was delivered I did pay for my own insurance but luckily I had saved up to pay the premium at once to save from paying any unnecessary interest. Since receiving the car I have fallen in love with it (no, not literally!) it’s safety features are out of this world. To top it all off, the customer service was absolutely amazing. I got a great relationship going with the agent I spoke to (Pete Bradbury) and he made it super easy for me to make the payments perfectly with no fuss and no stress. I would 100% recommend this company to honestly anyone.

We had been quoted 24 weeks by several other suppliers. We were impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by Ben and Complete Leasing and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I was updated every step of the way. Pete went above and beyond to get my car delivered to me on time and I can not thank him enough. Great service from start to finish and I will be recommending it to friends and family!

Apr 03,2021This was the first time that I had used Complete Leasing to provide a quotation for a new car. From first contact, Ben Escritt provided a first class service. He helped me choose the model I wanted and changed the specification on several occasions until I settled on exactly the car I wanted. Ben provided all the detail, including an up-to-date brochure and the most competitive quotation from the two companies I had sought a quotation. On to the paper work, which was completed online and very easily. Confirmation of acceptance was almost immediate and the car was ordered for delivery in mid May as lead times were quite long. In the event, these lead times were reduced by weeks and the new car was delivered six weeks earlier than anticipated. All along, Ben kept me closely informed of developments and was always available. First class service - highly recommended!

Ben from the moment he spoke to me he was friendly and explained everything very clearly to me which was a great help seeing that I've never leased a vehicle before. I highly recommend this company if you want to lease a vehicle. I'm very happy with the vehicle I got and will be returning to them when my lease is up.

Mar 31,2021I have rarely done reviews, other than for an occasional Trip Advisor back in the day, however I felt I should do so on this occasion in the hope that Ben Escritt gets some well-deserved recognition for the friendly, professional service he provided right from our initial point of contact right through to delivery of our new car. He was patient and explained everything in plain English. No query ever seemed to be too much trouble and he provided me with updates on a regular basis. Ben has been nothing but professional throughout and is an asset to your company. I have already recommended him to friends and family alike and will be returning shortly for another vehicle. He never overpromised and my expectations were more than always met. Handover day was very straight forward and exactly how Ben had led me to believe. A top-quality professional service from a top-quality guy deserves the right appreciation. He is a real asset to your organisation, but I am sure I am not the first to recognise this. Mar 27,2021I ordered my Mercedes from Complete Leasing in October 2020 and the experience was efficient and transparent. Throughout the process Sales Executive Ben Escritt provided me with updates on a regular basis, managing my expectations as there had been difficulty and delays in shipping the car due to COVID. I had been told originally that I may have to wait until April 2021 for my car, but I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived mid-March. Ben is a gentleman and true professional - highly recommend you get in touch should you want a lease vehicle! The handover process again was very straight forward and the staff who dropped off the car were very polite and professional. I don't normally take the time to review things, mostly being a lurker on other reviews sites, but the top quality service I received deserves some appreciation. For anyone considering Leasing a vehicle, use Complete Leasing and give Ben Escritt a call - you won't regret it!
