May 16,2024I’ve lost count of the number of installations we have had now; it is a lot! This time we had Bloc blinds installed which are fantastic if you need complete black out. We also had some silk curtains repaired that had become frayed. You would have no idea they had been repaired the work is so good. Every single touch point at Concorde is exceptional. Margaret who quotes knows everything there is to know about curtains and comes back quickly with the quote. The quality of the product is always fantastic. Liam and the fitting team are very thorough and if they think something isn’t quite right they will change it without you having to say anything. The whole team are such genuinely nice people who want to deliver a great product and service; very hard to find these days! I have such peace of mind when I order I wouldn’t use anyone else. Highly highly recommend!

They look good and are obviously high quality. We enjoyed dealing with the Wills family and thanks Liam the fitter for an excellent job and for coming back to fix a very minor snag.
