Since first signing up for connect fibre last year I've had barely any issues, from install to daily use, but when I have had the odd niggle I've contacted support and always been spoken to with respect regardless of being more technical than the average person, but had I not been, my experience would like have been very much the same, the support I've had previously from Adam, Katy (Katie?) and most recently Sophie! Who I mistakenly thought was named Stacy. π She has just gotten off the phone with me and listened to and helped me for over an hour solid with a call back in-between for gathering information about my network device (I've just upgraded to 2GB WiFi 7) and she has been absolutely an asset to connect fibre, every staff member from customer support to sales to the engineers who installed my setup have been pleasant, they also during installation wore shoe covers as to not dirty my carpets, the little things that make or pleasant and easy as possible for you as a customer. I've been with many providers and none have ever felt so interested in your issue and speak to you like you're an individual and not an account number. I couldn't recommend connect fibre enough to anyone, if you're in 2 minds wether to sign up I encourage you to do so especially during the periods of offers (to which there are many all year round)

Have Just had connect Fibre installed and so far have been a breeze to deal with. Started off that I ordered some time ago and my order did take some time because of the speed of the build in my area, but was defiantly worth the wait. The customer advisors are brilliant and explained everything to me and I had to wait for some external digging so had initially set my install date for later this year as wasn't sure how long it would take for the works to be completed. I was surprise when the team contacted me at the beginning for January to say they was coming to complete external works. I had set my date of install for April but after the external works had been completed I gave Connect Fibre a call to see if I could move this date forward. I got a call same day 10mins later to say someone was on their way to install the internal parts and get me up and running. What can I say excellent customer service and all the advisors and Technicians that I have come across through the whole process have been fantastic. Your staff are a great credit to your company and I hope to be a long term customer for many years. Well Done Connect Fibre. PS. Please make sure you give thanks to all the employees at your customer service and field service that have dealt with my install they were absolutely fantastic.
Excellent service provision. Connect fibre is proactive when it comes to their Internet. They will contact you if speeds are lower than expected and work on rectifying the problem. I am glad I changed my Internet service provider. A far cry from my previous service provider.

What made my experience great was that the engineer was a woman and I felt more comfortable as someone who lives on their own.

From Modibo the salesman to Katie the after connection follow up support (Which wasnt needed tho), definitely the best internet provider changeover I have ever had and I've changed quite a lot. I'm getting 950Mbps and was getting 203 so more than happy. The installation guys were great too and had the phone line copper wire changed and box installed on the front quickly and very quietly. All in all 10/10 for these guys, I wasnt even unhappy with Vodafone as my supplier but glad I changed and these guys contract lengths are shorter too which is a big plus in my eyes.

I enjoyed the process of signing up with CF. I was attracted by flyer through door and urgency of taking advantage of offer before January end. I got through in short space of time and Humza explained the offer was still open. I explained what I wanted and Humza explained what CF could offer and the best close was the price - he was courteous, professional and patient and I never felt he was hurrying me. He answered all my questions without any b .....t and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Everyone we spoke to was very helpful. We pointed out that some important information (the need for an aerial) was not easily visible on their website. A manager called and has agreed to change the website. This indicates to me that Connect Fibre is that rare company that genuinely cares about their customers and can respond quickly to feedback. It was a pleasure to deal with them.
So far all great! Connection was easy, the guys who came to install were friendly and very tidy which was excellent. The signal so far has been perfect so all in all I'm extremely glad we switched and hope it continues this way.
Best thing i made to move to connect fibre. With the speed i was getting from last broadband provider. Is lot better
