May 15,2023I needed a bed base ASAP. Rrally friendly and helpful from.stsrt to the end. Considering how desperate I was for delivery due to spine surgery. Theu got the bed delivered very quickly. Within a week. Amd it was Bank Holiday. Adeel was awesome..he handled my order. He was at the end of the phone all day every day listening to my stress and concerns. The Friday night the bed was arriving, he didn't clock off at 5 as most would have done. He actually kept track of my bed for me. And kept me posted until it was in my bedroom. He went above and beyond to reassure me. And help me and my needs. Thank you Adeel for being so awesome. I would hire you without even meeting you. You are just one of thise guys who goes beyond his responsibilities. Tje order came and I was delighted with the quality. In fact the quality was far superior to what I was expecting. So nice added bonus. The poor delivery people had been working hard. It was coronation and they must have hit every bit of traffic across the nation. I felt so sorry for them. But they still made it. And with a smile on their faces. They out it all together in a matter of minutes. And hit the road again. In my experience this rrwlly was a 5 star experience from start to finish. Well done. I am.all about customer service. As without it, I wouldn't buy a single thing. And this service was 5 star. Amd it goes a long way for me. So thank you for your time and patience.

Mar 15,2023Great customer service. I ordered 2 single beds with matching headboards for our loft. They arrived on time. One of the bases was missing some metal bits. I contacted the customer care team and they sorted out the issue super fast. And Adam from the team even checked back a week later to double check everything was sorted out. Amazing.
