Good company. Prices are very reasonable. The order I made had to be cancelled at first as the courier service were unable to send products to my country of residence, but the company got in touch straight away to apologise and issue me with a refund. I was able to order the product again and send to a UK address and it arrived promptly.

bought 2x 10 pack feather edge cut throat blades, all were blunt and unable to cut as they should. emailed customer service to let them know that I wanted to return for a refund and they only partially refunded the money. I personally will not be using this website to purchase in future as there are many other places to buy from. REPLY.. you did not inspect the blades and come to that conclusion as I have not returned the blades for you to do so. you have not requested that I send the blades back so I would have to say that is an outright lie. where would you like to go from here ???
