Feb 01,2025I have been shopping at CoolBlades for some time now and the transactions are always without issues and delivery is also quick. This time it was not an exception. However, I am increasingly wary of the amount of plastic packaging used by retailers where more sustainable alternatives are readily available, and I see that CoolBlades don't try at all: the box I had just received was taped all over and there's a lot of bubble wrap. Please, CoolBlades, at least use paper padding and paper-based packing tape!

Jan 03,2025I ordered a Wahl Vanquish hairdryer from Coolblades as it was a very competitive price. The hairdryer is powerful and lightweight and I am very pleased with it. But aside from the price and quality I must congratulate Coolblades on the delivery. I ordered this item at 4pm on the Monday between Christmas and New Year. It was dispatched within an hour and arrived at my doorstep in the Scottish Highlands on the Tuesday, less than 20 hours after I ordered it! Up here we often experience rubbish delivery service, some companies won’t even deliver north of Inverness. Coolblades are a class act and showing all others how it can be done. Truly excellent!

Dec 03,2024It's perhaps a bit early to be reviewing Cool Blades, but I made a purchase earlier today and received such good service I would like to comment upon it. Obviously the item hasn't yet arrived but I have every confidence. I spoke to Sophia on the phone and she dealt with my enquiry promptly, politely and most helpfully. It is the case that not every hair/beauty product outlet allows customers to speak to them on the phone but, that, plus the excellent Trustpilot reviews, gave me much confidence to order from them. I shall update in the fullness of time but in the meantime extend my thanks to Cool Blades for providing excellent service today. UPDATE 4th December 2024. The item arrived exactly as promised. Double boxed and securely packed. I quickly checked it and it's a great hairdryer. It's a Parlux Digitalyon and seems to be everything the (many, many) reviews say it is. Further thanks to the supplier, CoolBlade.
