Apr 04,2024I received the wrong colour for Schwartzkopf Blondme Bleach and Tone. I ordered "Cool", but received "Ash". If the item I've ordered is not in stock, please, remove it from my order (I obviously can't purchase it if it's not available), and return the money for it. It's really not difficult or complicated. What I didn't and still don't understand is why 1x "Cool" Bleach and Tone item remained on my order, despite "Cool" being out of stock on your website. I assumed I must have been purchasing the last available "Cool" Bleach and Tone in your store, especially since it remained printed on my order, on the receipt and on everything else, accordingly. Being sold an alternative product was NOT my wish/request. I didn't appreciate this action. Otherwise the shipment/delivery was exceptionally prompt, with no mix ups, etc. I ordered the products a week ago, despite being in Australia. That was faster that many companies which are actually! in Australia. Quite outstanding! In the future, please send me what I've ordered. If any item(s) are unavailable, remove them from my order and refund the money. A brief explanation would be fine. Excuse my abruptness and annoyance, but you asked for me to review your services - this is what I experienced. Thanks, Moira
