My daughter and I received our beautiful handbags today May 14th… we ordered them later April- the quality is amazing and the company is honest. I read so many bad reviews that I was nervous purchasing- I never read reviews but had to after all the nonsense I read. The company says your shipment can take around 3 weeks… ours took 2.5 weeks. The leather is great quality and my daughter and I love our purses.

I received the handbag weeks after making payment. The bag that arrived was not even close to the quality of the bag depicted on the website. Now no one will return e-mails, or chats. This is a cheap, Chinese made scam bag. Don't chance it.

Reply to Cordae You all are asking me to leave my order number here? See this is the unprofessionalism I am talking about. Why would I leave my order number here that has my information attached to it? You all need to send me my order! I'm getting email responses and now Cordae is trying to blame it on shipping. That the shipping is delayed! USPS said Cordae created the shipping label USPS has been waiting for them to provide the item. You all will be hearing from the BBB. You think I have the time and energy to play these back and forth games? Absolutely not. This company is horrible. Just tell the truth as to what you all are doing. Stop having customers upset and frustrated. Tell customers what you all are doing and why there are so many problems. I ordered my purse on April 15th. Today is April 27th. I've emailed them numerous times because there wasn't even a tracking created. Finally, they emailed me back and tried to hurry up and create a tracking label after I complained that I should be able to track my order. My order has been sitting in Jamaica NY ever since. They have it labeled as shipped but my order has been sitting in Jamaica NY ever since they created this fictitious shipping label. This is my first time ordering and this treatment is horrible. Look how long I've been waiting and the item hasn't even been shipped to me.

I purchased the New Yorker bag (yellow) . Oh boy got a yellow bag alright! It was nothing like the color on their website. Their website is showing a deeper mustard yellow but, what I received was a bright sunflower yellow. I reached out to their customer service for a resolution perhaps an exchange of color, a credit, or refund. However, none were offered to me. After sending in a requested photo of the purse I received a response letting me know that “ sale items are non refundable and are not eligible for refund.” That was it. I mean my previous email included my order number so that they can reference the transactions and item so, I would think the person has an idea the purse was “on sale”. Why go through the run around if the end result was just to deny resolution? No offer to appease the customer who will now be stuck with a bag that they will not wear because it’s like highlighter yellow! Also, they need to be clearer on the website about return policy on sale items if the end result is someone losing their money. On top of that the straps that encloses the purse is slightly snug so trying to close the flap with them is a workout. Not worth the hassle and losing over $200 dupe or not.

My honest experience for fellow shoppers, Stay away from this scam company. Just don't order anything if you don't want to lose your money and time dealing with these scammers. Use Amazon for peace of mind shopping.

I’m trying to resolve an issue amicably and they have stopped responding to my email. I see another customer has almost exactly the same issue. Requested cancellation due to bad reviews and “ scam alerts” after three weeks received bag, ignoring my cancel request and won’t allow me to return item. What a horrible way to treat customers. If they won’t work with you in a resolution, indeed this company is a scam. Customer Service is horrible!

This is the absolute worst place to shop. Their site is misleading. Their customer service is horrible. They lie and steal. Keep scrolling don’t waste your time or money with Cordae NY. Spend your money where it’s appreciated.

THESE PEOPLE ARE MORE INTERESTED IN ARGUING WITH PEOPLE AND INFLATING THEIR OWN EGO THAN CUSTOMER SERVICE. CUSTOMER RETENTION. I HOPE THEY FEEL BETTER.

I ordered a bag for a gift but after reading reviews on line of terrible customer service I tried to cancel 2 days later. Item was not even processed and I was told I could not cancel order. After numerous times of trying to contact I was told I would have to wait for order to arrive and then ship back to china at my own expense!!! Not based in new York or Calif as stated on website. I was also told return not possible. After 1 month bag arrived in broken plastic bad just awful. Too late for gift and in terrible package. Now am stuck with bag and out $190!!!!

So poor service on delivery! So irresponsible and a liar! They lifted the hold of my purchase because of my request of change sizes on December 27, 2021. No replies, so i sent them a message to forget about changes. Omg, so confusing of where to send messages until January 24 when they responded that they lift the hold, finally. They promise to deliver it. Today is February 6, I haven't received the bag yet! OMG! This is the second putchase i mistakenly did COZ THIS is the second time that they are STRESSING me big time. I ordered this Dec 27, they hold it due to lack of communication from they end... Lifted the hold on Jan 24... Then 12 days after or more++++.... I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE BAG YET!!! I BOUGHT Dec 27,2021 it for a gift for my friend's bday on January 27,2022.... Hoping to receive it before her party celebration on February 5.... I still have NONE! WHAT A SHAME. GREAT BAGS but POOR SERVICE!!!!

I have ordered multiple bags from Cordae NY. All of the bags are of an excellent quality for a great price. Shipping has always been very quick even during the pandemic.

These bags are exceptionally made and looks so great when I carry it. Many strangers come up to me and give me compliments. I am glad to make this bag part of my fashion statements I will be buying bags of different colors.

The New York has the look and feel of a very expensive purse. The packaging is excellent as you would expect with a much higher price point. I have purchased three, a small purple, a large yellow and a green alligator. A great value.

This company is a complete sham & has unreasonable return policies. I've tried for three days to get ahold of them to no avail by phone or email. Further the product says it's made of leather which I question. Then the design of the purse makes it impossible to actually use reasonably. I have already reported it to my credit card company but I will never buy from them again.

Buyer beware! This company creates a tracking number however your item never moves from their location. I’ve tried several times to contact them via phone and email no reply. I’m now force you file a dispute with my bank to get my money back. I see why they don’t let you use PayPal because they would be refunding many people!
