Sep 18,2023I ORDED 2 OF THE SAME BAG IN APRIL/MAY, I RECEIVED ONE BAG ABOUT A MONTH AGO. I DID GET AN EMAIL TELLING ME THAT THE BAGS WAS LOST BUT THEY WERE RECENDING THEM. WELL IT IS NOW SEPTEMBER AND I STILL HAVEN'T THE 2ND BAG BUT WAS CHARGED FOR IT. I ASKED FOR A REFUND BUT WAS TOLD TO SEND THEM A PICTURE OF WHAT I DID GET. SEND A PICTURE FOR WHAT? WHAT WILL IT PROVE, I HAVE BOUGHT PLENTY OF BAGS FROM CORDAE AND NEVER ONCE COMPLAINED ABOUT ANYTHING. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER BAG AGAIN, I DID NOT RECEIVE MY 2ND BAG AND THAT'S THE BOTTOM LINE. EITHER SEND ME MY BAG OR REFUND MY MONEY.

I made two orders with two different cards and both purchases were confirmed and paid and now I’ve got an email telling me that they got canceled for “unforeseen circumstances” and that it hasn’t been refunded yet which I don’t understand because both orders has been approved by my bank. I want a refund cause I feel this is a scam.

Also the won’t let you even do a return ant their stuffs are not as you see it in the picture. It a fake , the bags are fake is not as it is in the picture.you even don’t know where or how to return thier items because it fake that’s why they couldn’t let you do it. My experience with them is horrible.
