Dec 11,2024Jas snel en keurig verpakt geleverd. De jas zelf ( Delta INS Hardshell Jacket 7M) is erg mooi afgewerkt en is heel fijn en licht met veel en diepe zakken. Hij is perfect winddicht en lekker warm. Eén klein nadeel: de kraag blijft wat stug omhoog staan wat irritant is tegen je wang (maar wellicht word hij mettertijd wat soepeler...)

Dec 06,2024Op basis van de goede reviews heb ik de All Weather Hardshell Dark Blue aangeschaft. Na een maand gebruik constateerde ik beschadigingen op de vouwlijnen op een mouw. De jas heb ik teruggestuurd voor garantie. Volgens Cortazu zou de beschadiging kunnen veroorzaakt zijn door een externe factor. Daardoor valt het buiten het garantiebeleid. Naar mijn mening is het een productiefout in de stof. Mocht de beschadiging inderdaad een externe oorzaak hebben, dan is de stof van erg matige kwaliteit. De jas is nog weinig gebruikt en mijn gebruik is niet anders dan normaal en dat zou een jas moeten kunnen doorstaan.

Nov 26,2024First of all Iam a long time customer, bought many products and until now was very satisfied with the items. Thankfully I never needed the customer service until now. I bought my second Hard Shell Jacket (through Kickstarter again), and I must have gotten a Sunday product because after around half year of using the jacket in the city (not hiking, not having a dog, or washing yet etc.) there are tiny cracks in the cuffs and the overall jacket seems of poorer quality, pretty worn out. I approached the customer service who couldn't believe that it is a quality issue, rather must be misuse happen by me in very passive aggressive manner. Cortazu is funny,as they repeatedly claiming that I misused the jacket in a rough condition,true I live in a big city (which can be rough) but I never used in a real tough hiking experience whatsoever. It is arrogant to say that Cortazu products can never have any defect as their products are perefect.

Nov 04,2024Goede producten bij Cortazu, degelijke kwaliteit en daarnaast een bedrijf dat goed terug wilt doen voor de wereld dmv Certified B-corp en een minimalistisch(e) design/collectie. Ik ben er zeer over te spreken en blij dat ze goede en duurzame(re) outdoorkleding maken.

Oct 31,2024The jacket makes a solid impression and features fine touches such as zips under the armpits for extra insulation. Especially when combined with a Cortazu fleece or mid layer, you have an upper body covering for a wide variety of weather types. The AR differs from the All Weather in a limited number of ways, but the most important is that there is less room for more than two layers of clothing under the AR. I wear the AR hardshell in combination with the AR fleece. For me, this combination works perfectly for rainy conditions at a temperature of -5 to 20 degrees C (like summer Iceland baby! 🤩) .

Oct 30,2024I have been using different layers of Cortazu for several years with great pleasure: a Mountain Hardshell Jacket, various softshell jackets and insulated jackets. In just a few words: waterproof and windproof, warm but moisture is well wicked away, packable compactly in my photo backpack and beautiful in appearance. Highly recommended for any type of weather.

Oct 29,2024Ben heel blij met mijn Cortazu jas. (All weather Hardshell Purple Men) Draagt super fijn, is warm en waterdicht. Prijs/kwaliteit is super als ik het vergelijk met andere producenten. Ik hoop nog vele jaren plezier van de jas te hebben. Ook fijn dat ze bomen planten! daar wordt ik heel blij van. (oh en voor kerst komt er ook nog een witte Shell Pants voor op de piste bij. (past mooi Paars/wit).

Oct 27,2024Ik heb al jaren Cortazu producten, zoals midlayers, fleece jackets, een insulated hardshell. Recentelijk heb ik AR active shorts en pants aangeschaft. Het zijn absolute top-producten van een bijzonder Nederlands bedrijf. Met hart voor innovatie, hoge kwaliteit tegen een alleszins redelijke prijs, en last but not least ook onze planeet. Ik droeg altijd producten van de betere "bekende" bedrijven, maar die halen het niet bij Cortazu. Dus doe jezelf een plezier als je outerwear gaat aanschaffen en kijk bij Cortazu!

De producten zijn van uitstekende kwaliteit en evenaren of zijn beter dan merken als Arcteryx en Patagonia. De bezorging is razendsnel evenals een eventuele retour. De klantenservice is snel en antwoord helder en duidelijk.

Oct 26,2024In the store in Amsterdam we got all the help we need. The rain jacket was not in store in the color we wanted but they send it from the warehouse to our house. The jacket came the next day! Very good store, with kind staff !!!
