Aug 29,2018I placed an order on August 8. Website says orders will ship in 24 hours. What it doesn't say that it will take over a month to receive the item that you ordered. Tried phoning a Canadian number on the website, no one ever available. If you have other options, DO NOT buy here.

Sep 23,2018Before i ordered , i believed the product would take 4-6 business days . After 8 i contacted them and just kept saying it had left . My mothers birthday had been and gone still no product for her present . 12 working days later it turns up . Corner of the package had been damaged . I let Cosmetics know . They offered a full refund and return product ( i gather at my expense ) or %5 discount , so $3 . I would never have ordered if it was going to take that long . Not impressed Carl
