Sep 26,2024I ordered some Neals Yard Remedies goodies which I haven't been able to find in Australia for a long time. While they were sitting in limbo with Australia Post tracking for 2-3 days, I turned to Google for reviews of Cosmetics Now and became worried that my order was coming from overseas and would take forever to arrive, if it arrives at all. But then AusPost notified me to say the order is now in transit my worries soon vanished. I now have some much needed Neals Yard night cream and oil. Thanks.

Sep 21,2024No issues with the product at all, just be aware that some of their products need to come from overseas first so when you get your Australia Post reference, it's not active yet. It took about 2 weeks to get to Australia (I'm guessing because we can't track that bit), but as soon as it did and the AusPost was activated, it was delivered within a day. Wasn't a problem for me because it wasn't an urgent purchase, but can imagine it might be if you are in a hurry. Good and quick response from customer service when I checked on this.

Sep 03,2024I placed an order and it's been over a month and I still haven't received my product. They said it was already shipped, but I haven't received any receipt or even any communication from the carrier. I asked for a cancellation and refund and they're messing with me, saying that I'm the one to blame for not being home and not receiving the order, even though I haven't received anything in my mailbox. This company is easy to buy from and pay for, but when you decide to cancel or ask for a refund, things change.
