Mar 30,2017Do not use this company! I paid £175 for a 1 bed/1 bathroom flat for an end of tenancy clean. The cleaners were there for 5 hours when it should have been 3, they could barely speak English so I couldn't get much out of them apart from "not finished yet", I even waited in my car for 2 hours towards the end as I was told it would be another half an hour. Complaining to the company all I get is excuse after excuse with no real reason as to why the property was left in such a state and keep offering to do a free re clean which is not required now as the landlord paid for an actual professional to finish off their dirty work. Not sure why they would offer a 72 hour guarantee re clean if they are such a professional company it should have been done properly the first time round. One of the cleaners sat in his van the majority of his time leaving just one cleaner to clean the flat. My landlord had sent me photo proof of the disgusting aftermath of the cleaners being there. I did not pay any additional costs for cleaning of walls, yet they had cleaned the walls without consent and not removed products which has now damaged the paint work, also not removing cleaning products from the oven which has also damaged it and been advised today that one of the hobs is now not working. My landlord has deducted £200 from my deposit due to this lack of work and damage. They refuse a refund, I even tried to be fair and asked for at least 50% instead of full but still refusing. They are not professional and my 3 year old niece would have done a better job!! Working for a high end business I was able to do a credit check on them, and with a result of 30% out of 100% that said enough to me! They are fraudulent and unfair and I can not advise enough to stay well clear of them! Dust was left on the window seal, skirt boards not cleaned, bathroom tiles not cleaned or radiators. Absolutely disgusting!! Their approach and the way they deal with complaints is extremely unprofessional and rude!!

Jul 19,2016I urge you not to use Cosmo cleaners. We paid £110 for an end of tenancy clean on our 1 bed/1 bath apartment, the cleaner arrived with minimal products - 1 cloth and 1 spray. He could not speak English so I couldn't communicate with him. When we came to review the flat, there was a layer of dust on all skirting boards, light switches and around the edges of the carpet. The extractor fan in the kitchen had marks all over it, and the sink was dirtier than how it was left. The was bits left all over the window sills and the Windows hadn't even been touched let alone cleaned. The bath had shoe marks all over it where he had stood! When I rang to explain this had happened they agreed to send someone back this next morning to redo the flat - the same cleaner turned up and proceeded to make excuses as to why it was left like this, one of his excuses being he didn't have enough cleaning products and his Hoover wasn't very good!!!! He then said that he could only stay for 30mins-an hour - so NOT a full clean. We have been refused a refund. Our tenants were moving in that afternoon so we had no choice but to welcome them to a dirty flat. I am so disappointed in this company and feel that it is not a professional company and urge you not to give your money to them and to find a more certified company.

Unlike other agencies if approached Cosmo Cleaning were really on the ball and delivered a realistic yet competitive quote for the work. I needed an end of tenancy cleaning and to say they were thorough is an understatement. They were extremely conscientious delivering fantastic results. I cannot recommend them more highly.

May 19,2016Chris and his team did an outstanding end of tenancy clean for us yesterday. Nothing was forgotten and all appliances cleaned too oven, fridge etc. I would most definitely use them again and their price was in some cases half what other companies were charging. Thankyou Chris and team.

May 18,2016I booked Cosmopolit Cleaning at short notice but luckily was told cleaners were available (on a Sunday too!). The service was nothing short of exceptional. Cleaning lasted longer than expected but that was so they could do a thorough job. Carpets were shampooed, all surfaces, furniture and fittings cleaned immaculately. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Slight premium compared to other companies but more than worth it. Would highly recommend.

Mar 21,2016Cosmo Cleaning did an after tenancy cleaning for my 1-bd flat. They were clear in communications, prompt, and did a very thorough cleaning. I especially appreciated their flexibility in using sugar soap for walls and steam-cleaning the upholstery as I requested.

Mar 10,2016It is the best cleaning agency I have ever seen! Very professional and well educated. I have called them twice and never regretted. My flat was full of moisture because there is no ventilation in the bathroom and kitchen and I was a bit desperate to be honest but Chris did an amazing job and removed everything. My flat looks brand new now it is a relief and worth the money! Noting to say more just try them and you will see by yourself.
