Apr 09,2016When someone is told that their transmission has died and cannot be replaced, of course there is a sinking feeling and thoughts about what to do. We took a chance and e-mailed the local Earhart Blvd. location inquiring whether or not a transmission could be rebuilt in a 1999 automobile. Immediately there was a reply that it could be done. We had the car towed to the shop. After diagnosing the car and verifying that the transmission was finished, we decided to have it rebuilt. Cory spoke at length to my son about the car and both of them agreed that the car was in such great condition, it would be feasible to replace the transmission. Well, let me tell you, the service was beyond superior, the understanding of Cory and Frank was genuine and completely honest. We know that our 'elderly' auto will have other little problems cropping up in the future. So, Cory, Frank and the staff will certainly be seeing us in the future for their wonderful knowledge and services. Thank you so much you guys. You have certainly earned our trust!!
