When you look at those numbers, it’s just unbelievable. Haha, I’m laughing as I type this. It’s crazy how I was living before. Having worked with multiple applications through the years, I have to say one aspect that stands out with CC360 is each person you work with doesn't make you feel dumb...even when the mistake is a picnic problem (Person In Chair, Not in Computer).

However what they do is exceptional work because they do give you everything in frameworks, and templates. I simply couldn't understand anybody wanting to use something else after being exposed to it. Yup, big learning curve, but back to my original comment about customer support... fast, efficient, and thorough.

Feb 19,2025I've been having issues setting up notifications for my company. The issues occur because I was subscribed to lots of different types of software and things were complex. I am almost finished with the process of moving everything over to CC360, and it makes life easier. A lot easier. I'm utilizing the WhatsApp integration so my users get important notifications now. Great software.

Its a huuuuuuuugeeee learning curve let me tell you. the best thing about Course Creator 360 is the FAST customer agent support going to chat, getting live feedback analysis, answers within minutes is unparrallel. no email exchange, no waiting, no FAQ BS thats what makes this program so different, is theres always a support staff that answers exactly what youre looking for with a loom video so no matter how small, how detalied, how specific the question is a product expert is able to explain this within minutes. So you always feel like youre saved. Hot damn.

Their platform is well-designed, and their team is incredibly personable—they genuinely want to help you succeed. You can tell they put a lot of effort into ensuring their users have the tools and support they need to grow. Unfortunately, the timing just wasn’t right for me. I wasn’t quite ready to take full advantage of everything they offer, so I had to step away for now. But if you’re at a point where you’re ready to launch and scale a product, I highly recommend checking them out. Their resources and support are top-tier, and I can see how they would be a game-changer for the right person. I hope to come back in the future when I’m truly ready to make the most of it!

The reason I gave 4 stars is because there was a bumpy start with the support team at the time, possibly due to staff rotation, which affected the follow-up I expected. However, I now see that they have a great team. Hanzen, Ken, and Nico resolved my questions and issues. One thing that has always stood out is their excellent attitude, from the founders to the entire support team. They are courteous and respectful. Plus, the software works well!
