Oct 18,2023I found it very difficult to get help with my blocked drain. My Plummer recommended you. You were very prompt to respond and came that day. It took time to locate the problem, but Stewart was patient and was willing to go the extra mile to sort my problem and unblock the drain.

Aug 07,2023Good customer service. Guy that came seemed nice. Issue was with the cellar but then didn’t do anything. Opened a few access chambers and found a blockage… a dead line had some excess material. Plunge the p-trap, lost is rubber end and explained that he’d cleared it. At this point I didn’t know there was a p-trap in the drain (old house). The next company I got out explained it and showed me. £250 for literally nothing. No help. My cellar is still flooded and no one will help. Not a happy hippo. Shout out to honest people who do a good job. I don’t even want a solution just to know the problem.
