Jun 03,2015I do have to say there were a few rough places on the banana combs, but they were easy to get off. The not-as-curved shape are the greatest...perfect shape of my head. My old 7" one was too curved, and also had very thick edge rails. The new ones are like my 5" ones, and I can roll less hair on each roller, now, because my plastic U pins will go over this banana comb also, to hold the rollers in place. With less hair on each roller, it gets all the way dry for sure.

Mar 07,2015I was happy with the products I ordered from coveryourhair. I felt the products were fairly represented. Even though several of the products ended up not quite meeting my needs that was my own fault, not the fault of the company. I have been very pleased with the tichels, I ordered a mystery tichel as well as one other one, and use both of them a lot. I'd like to get more. Shipping was very prompt. I believe my order shipped either the same day as I ordered or the following day.

They were kind enough to send me a replacement order which I received very quickly. I love my new hair goodies that I use to cover my scars on my forehead from a head injury I had when I was 5. It makes me feel beautiful and I can't wait to get more!

Sep 25,2014The pre-tied bandanas are wonderful and extremely comfortable for daily wear! The wool berets are comfy and totally warm. I have ordered from this company several times and I've had trouble with the majority of my orders. Either something is wrong, or a product is defective, or the shipping messes up. The company continues to surprise me with its courteous service department that does what they can to make it right. Re: Order 207647 Placed 07/2015 Order was delivered promptly and all items accounted for. However, we had an issue with a double order being placed and the company's only offered option was to refuse one package upon delivery. We notified the company as soon as we realized the second order was charged via email (same evening), but they shipped prior to checking/responding to it. We were mid-move, had the packages delivered to my husband's work address, and were unable to refuse. Still happy with the received product.

Aug 18,2014I love the items that I received from coveryourhair.com, however, like the last 2 times I have placed an order, there were some issues. I placed an order on a Sunday, paying for 1 day shipping. My items did not arrive until Friday, and that was only after 2 angry emails and a followup angry phone call. Their customer service rep on the phone was wonderful to work with and made sure to take care of my issues.

Aug 13,2014Found Cover Your Hair online, looked like they have some good prices. I was placing an order to surprise my mom with some hew hair clips she's talked about wanting for some time. I chose about 8 clips and placed my order. I thought I would tell my mom about the surprise she's going to get, turns out I ordered the wrong clips for her hair, so telling her was a good idea. I contacted Cover Your Hair that same day to cancel my order before it even processed, this way my mom could just order what she needed. I received an email the next day telling me the order had already shipped earlier in the day, odd since I got their email just around 8:30am and the delivery information said it was placed after 12:30pm in the afternoon. So they just told me I would need to refuse the order when it arrived, so I had to wait a week for it to arrive and refuse it, then wait another week for it to go back and then so many days for them to process my refund. So I paid for shipping just to have my order returned and refunded. This wasn't because they had already shipped my order, they figured if I got it I'd just keep it and not ask for a refund, the times from their email and the delivery notice proved that. I think that's really Piss Poor service and untrustworthy and I won't do business with them again and I Wouldn't recommend them to anyone either.

Jul 27,2014I dress modestly for religious reasons, but that doesn't mean I don't care about my appearance. The first site I visit for pretty hair accessories is CoverYourHair.com. I am pleased to find things for all occasions and seasons in one place. If I need almost anything, it is there, so I will check the website initially and with confidence. If I had only one suggestion it would be to try to stock items that go first and quickly a little better. I am particularly fond of the pre-tied bandanas, but my preferred colors seem to be sold out often. While I am able to eventually obtain an item or find an adequate substitute, that is a source of frustration. That being said, I still recommend Cover Your Hair to all of my like minded friends. The only things I don't find are Catholic chapel veils and First Communion headpieces. Brimmed hats and sun hats would also be a nice touch, but only because you seem to have well constructed items and lovely fabrics. Otherwise, there are NO complaints.

I ordered several in different colors and am very happy with my order. The clips work well, the prices are cheap, and shipping time is satisfactory as well.
