Mar 12,2013The website is easy to navigate, prices seem mostly competitive. Some of the item categories have tutorial videos at the bottom of the screen, which is very nice for people who are new to head covering (I don't actually cover all of my hair, just my head, and only when I'm in church). My hair is pretty thin and fine, so I do often wish the product descriptions were more descriptive--I need t know if a headband, for example, is made of cotton or of something more slippery, because most fabrics will slide right off my head. That's my only complaint.

They were very understanding, professional, and generous to make sure that I got my items as I meant to order them.
