Without him mentioning it, I potentially would have returned the items causing delays. Thats great pro-active customer service.

Apr 14,2021The product looks good (though they are not in place yet). David at Coving Direct was very helpful and friendly and managed to get the stuff to me within a few days. But I’ve only given 3 stars because I didn’t realise that the ceiling roses would be delivered from Ireland outside the UK. I’m worried now that a tax bill will arrive in due course as it did for something I ordered from France a month or two ago. Thank you David, nevertheless. I can recommend the company.
