Very happy with our order, arrived safely and on time. This is our second order from Coving Direct as we were very happy with them the first time. I have been looking for dado rails for ages and these were perfect for the project we had in mind. Half the room is done, just working on the rest over the weekend. So far its looking great. Quality product at a good price.

I placed an order online and the company contacted me to say that they were closed in the short term in case I hadn't read this online. I had realised this but their communication and service were excellent and as soon as they opened the order was dispatched immediately. It was installed and Im very pleased. Would do business with them again.

The customer service of Coving Direct was impeccable. The manager, David, went out of his way to assist me with my order and to ensure it arrived on time despite Coving Direct‘s internal refurbishment and business disruption due to COVID-19. My order was exactly what I ordered and it arrived in perfect condition and on time. I also love this company‘s website as it explains the dimensions easily, so that novices like me can get the measurements right. Thank you Coving Direct!
