Jun 14,2020I spoke to coving direct prior to my ordering, they were very helpful and sent installation videos. I then ordered the coving and adhesives, everything went well, I was contacted that it was on the way,all communications went well until it reached parcelforce, 2 2metre boxes arrived there,only one was processed and sent out on time, it took a lot of phoning about the other box, which seemed to be lost.4 days later I contacted coving direct and they emailed them. And it was delivered on the Saturday, without that email I think I would still be waiting now. The service has been to a high standard from coving direct, the coving is top quality and easy to install.
