It has been impossible to schedule a delivery and every time I contact customer support I get no answer or a confirmed delivery date or time. Same thing with GoBolt. It’s been an extremely frustrating process and I still have not received delivery. It keeps saying that there’s been an attempted delivery, but I have not been contacted or been able to schedule a date and time that works for me, customer support has been useless. I will not recommend this in the future.
I’m receiving the customer satisfaction survey before my couch was even delivered. It’s delayed and I wasn’t able to get any meaningful updates on why it was not delivered yet
need to place a order for replacement and the chat function was working on the weekend. within minutes the order was placed and shipment was on its way.
I'm still waiting for my order. Purolator had lost my order and waiting to hear. Not the best experience.

Showroom was nice. Product was obviously great and it was even easier to purchase. This is where the experience turned south. There was four different shipments from two carriers that happened over 6 different days. I don't think i need to explain any further. This is not how anyone wants to have their product delivered. Unfortunately this mismanagement leaves a terrible taste in my mouth for future purchases.

The customer happiness team does exactly that...keeps the customer happy. The chat was also a convenient way to get in touch with the team with my concerns about their products. Miguel, team representative, continued chatting with me until my issues was resolved.
Cozey is the absolute best in product and customer service. I was amazed at the quality and maneuverability of my atmosphere couch. Cozey answered all my questions along the way and I asked A LOT. As if I wasn’t already sold on my new couch I had a slight issue with the fabric (it was great just not working for my house) Cozey sent me a replacement with no stress or problems! I have recommended Cozey to all of my friends and convinced two so far to get their own. I hope to add to my couch in the future and am looking forward to the experience.
Couch is gorgeous and the most comfortable couch ever. Ciello XL. It was a bit cumbersome to put together. Everything was so heavy. It took me about 4 hours. I had to take breaks. Lol. But well worth it.

We experienced an issue with our new sofa. We reached out to troubleshoot and the customer service team provided some advice. When this did not resolve the issue we requested a replacement part and received it promptly. Very pleased that this experience was smooth.

Fast shipping, easy packaging, easy assembly (once we got the hang of it), super comfortable couch, and well made. The link to track my package did not work in my email, and the couch arrived earlier than expected, so I was surprised to receive an email that my couch was delivered at 8 am on a workday. I also learned the hard way, that some of the feet are stored inside the couch. Overall, we are very happy with the purchase.

Jan 14,2025We bought the Atmosphere Cozey couch and love it. Love the modular aspect and can easily turn it into a single seat. Delivery was on time and liked that it had real time tracking. We had some minor issues with couple of the seat covers and had emailed customer service and they responded quickly and fixed the cover issues. Would definitely recommend Cozey for their design and service.
