Mar 01,2025Packages well labelled. Comfortable Sofa pieces well protected. Should have a delivery arrangement where all parcels come on same day. The latest online instruction manual should automatically be sent to the email of purchaser. The one is our box was outdated therefore causing some confusion when putting it together. Overall very happy.

Feb 28,2025Neptune Sleeper sofa in Latte. I've read a few bad reviews on this specific sofa but, decided to take the risk considering I shopped around a lot and just could not find the right sofa for a small place. I visited the storefront shop on Queen St in Mid December and received the product earlier than originally anticipated. Everything came in perfect condition. Putting it together is not as easy as the videos show but we made due. I think the item is beautiful and is perfect for my place. I haven't actually slept on it or have had guest on it yet to comment on how comfortable it is to sleep on but so far I am happy with my experience with Cozey.

Feb 28,2025I ordered my Cozey couch from their refurbished program and it came within 4 days. It was super easy to put together (mostly on my own except for lifting the base pieces into place), and it has been so comfortable from the get go.

Feb 28,2025I was very excited about this couch because of the look and comfort but I am disappointed in the overall quality. While the fabric seems good so far and it is comfy, the hardware that connects the pieces feels cheap, the pieces were irregular, and I do not think the hardware will stand the test of time. While the customer service throughout the purchasing process was great, the shipping left a little to be desired. The delivery was delayed and some of the boxes arrived open and/ or in poor condition. I would love to recommend this Canadian brand but unfortunately the poor design of the attaching hardware is too crucial a flaw. I would not recommend this brand to others.

Feb 27,2025I bought the Atmosphere sofa this fall and it's the best one I've ever had. I love the comfort and design and the customer service at Cozey is impeccable and soo friendly and helpful! it convinced my sister and friends to get one too. I absolutely love it!

Feb 27,2025I am really liking our new couch. I love the way it is modular. It is nice an pouffy, very comfortable. The only reason why I have it 4 stars is because we got the lounge option and it said it could take up to 2 weeks for the lounge portion to get to full size. It has been almost a month and that section is still not as puffy as the rest of the couch. Otherwise I really like it though. We got the dream grey which I really like.

Feb 27,2025Delivery was top notch. Door to door with great communication at every step. The big reveal exceeded my expectations! The sofa was so easy to assemble (I hope Ikea reads this!), and everything fit together perfectly, no gaps, nothing out of alignment. The green velvet fabric is gorgeous and exactly as it appears on your website. Best of all, it's a Canadian company!

Feb 27,2025Perfect couch for us We went to Cozey in hopes of finding the perfect couch. The ability to have the option for storage and removable covers is a game changer for us with our dog. On top of that, being modular systems we will be able to reconfigure this couch and even add to it should we locate it in a different location within our home.
