Dec 19,2024Beautiful couch, however, customer service was horrendous considering the price. We are still missing pieces of the couch and we bought this couch 2 weeks ago and need it for Christmas. Customer service said they would send us updates by email multiple times. Shocker - they never sent a single email with updates.

Dec 19,2024Can’t rate the rug - it still hasn’t arrived. I ordered it nov 13. For a while it said it would ship in November. Then that got pushed until December. It finally shipped last week but has been “out for delivery” for the past 3 days.

Dec 19,2024Dear Cozey Team, I’m writing to share my feedback regarding my recent experience with your company. I placed my order on November 21st (Order #170737) and, as of two days ago, finally received it—well over the timeframe I anticipated based on your advertised delivery promises. While I was initially excited to support a local Montreal brand, I’m extremely disappointed with the shipping delays. Your website prominently advertises “FAST and free shipping,” which was a significant factor in my decision to order from you. Waiting over 20 days for delivery simply doesn’t align with that promise. I ordered this carpet for my nursery, and at one point, it felt like my baby might arrive before the carpet did. This was particularly frustrating given that we’re in the same city. If I had known in advance that it would take this long, I would have purchased elsewhere. I strongly recommend revising the “FAST and free shipping” claim on your website, as it’s misleading for customers. Additionally, more upfront transparency about potential delays would be appreciated, especially for items that might require longer wait times. Offering a local pickup option for Montreal customers could also mitigate frustrations like mine. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers. I genuinely believe in supporting local businesses, but I wouldn’t recommend Cozey at this time unless these issues are addressed. Best regards, Marianna

Dec 19,2024The shipping company Canpar was not responsive at all... I was told they would deliver 3 days in a row and didn't, and then showed up with no warning. One of the backrests was missing an attachment bracket and there is still no resolution on how to send me the missing attachment bracket with Cozey customer service.

Dec 19,2024After doing some research on washablr sofas, I was most impressed with Cozey and decided to take the plunge. After my swatch test confirmed I could finally have a white couch that would stand up to my 3 year old and my mini poodle, I excitedly ordered the ciello XL L shape plus ottomon and it came surprisingly fast! I love the cloud like comfort that comes with my UShape that perfectly grounds my living room. My toddler immediately called it Cozy and asked to snuggle up and have movie night so mission accomplished there! Assembly was pretty straight forward but I did it over a couple of days since it was just me. I love this couch.

Dec 18,2024Two pieces came broken. I have reached out to customer support about a week ago and still haven’t gotten a response. The couch is nice but hope to get these fixes done asap- worried 30 day policy will pass.

Dec 18,2024When they say easy to put together they mean it!! Everything worked together smoothly! And each piece is lighter than I expected! Now I just have to do something with all the boxes in my garage! Haven’t spilled yet that will be the real test!!

Dec 18,2024Side table came quickly, was well-packaged so it arrived in perfect shape. Easy to assemble (I did it while watching TV) and it’s great! Love that it’s adjustable to the height I need since it varies whether using it for an iPad or morning coffee. Very sleek, minimalist.
