(4/07/23) Insurance requires a W-9 and cpapdirect.com won't provide it, so I can't get reimbursed for my CPAP purchase. EDIT (4/10/23): Turns out this was a misunderstanding between the cpapdirect.com customer service rep. and myself. They've provided a W-9! To add to my initial review about the rest of the experience, my CPAP shipping quickly and the customer service team has been responsive. Thank you, CPAP Direct team!
CPAPdirect was courteous and helpful, particularly during the Philips recall, providing me with a loaner ASV until I was able to purchase one. Greg and his team were committed to my care and satisfaction, and so I encourage everyone to give CPAPdirect a try.
I tried CPAPdirect for the first, time, hoping to have a long-term CPAP supplier. Unfortunately, the face mask I ordered didn't fit, and, unlike MANY other CPAP suppliers, they do not permit any returns of masks. I emailed the sales at email contact and was just sent back to their webpage without any additional information. As those with sleep apnea know, we are good long-term customers, but masks can sometimes take a few tries - and it's an expensive option if there is no return policy. Last time from this customer, for sure.

Bought one Dreamstation, it broke, they sent me two more units to replace it that were also broken. DO not trust your sleep health to these incompetent people. They never told me I was operating the unit wrong. They never offered any info about why the machines are breaking. They never even sent me info about how to return the borken units. These people and this company are either incompetent of understaffed. Either way, do not ever do business with them. After seeing this review, they have now reponded, and blame me for using it wrong? LOL! They never mentioned anything to me about using the units wrong, and they never offered me any help in using the machines. So, even here, they are complete and udder LIARS. Keep up the good lies fellas! Pathetic!
