Nov 18,2024My mask broke so I needed to replace it same day. Rather than just show up at the shop I thought I’d do the right thing and order it for click and collect and pay for it first to make it easy for the staff. 3 hours later, and on my lunch break, I went to the shop despite not receiving the email saying it’s ready. Apparently no one was working reception that day meaning my mask wasn’t ready and it seemed I’d caused an inconvenience for those who were there. Many minutes were spent finding the order on the system and sorting it out before someone went to a back room returning 10 seconds later with the mask. I could have just walked in off the street, asked for the mask, paid and left, but because I went to the effort of ordering and paying I felt like I’d made a nuisance of myself. Next time I’ll go somewhere else and not cause a bother here.

Nov 09,2024Considering the online order went through. The communication was great up until the next email said wait until the next email for your order to be ready for pickup. That email never arrived. I rung a week later and was told was ready and she didn't understand why the email wasn't sent. Then a little name mix up between hubby and myself. The order was for him. All ended up Good. Was only a waiting time.
