Feb 04,2023Delivery was quick, had an issue with the lids not being put on properly and one of the fragrances was the wrong one, contacted customer service and they have arranged for the correct fragrance to be sent, replied to my email very quick which is great customer service

Mar 09,2023Goods arrived promptly and well packaged. I am delighted with the fragrances I bought, they smell very good. Because I am using soy wax in my candles and wax melts it takes about two weeks for the fragrance to combine with the wax. Then the fragrance is really prominent. I have reordered fragrances from Craft HQ and will do so again in the future.
