Jan 20,2023Ordered 7 scents as a first time buyer, liked all but 1 but that is to be expected. Really quick delivery time, help on fb page for advice. Made me want to return. Bought one off the scents in a bigger bottle waiting to test the others. However ordered 10 more as was surprised to have a free tester ( was thinking of ordering this scent) and again very quick delivery,and free cpl labels. Great experience so far x x

Jan 19,2023I ordered my first order, it arrived within 2 days of placing an order. I also had a problem with not getting free shipping on my first order. But I emailed customer service and they replied back straight away and sorted out my problem. Would highly recommend and will be ordering again from them soon :)

Dec 16,2022Goods not received 20 days after order. Whilst I appreciate that there is a postal strike, packages from other suppliers ordered in period have arrived without delay. No evidence of package having been received by Royal Mail and when I asked when I could get a refund got a cheeky email advising when it was officially declared lost. I sourced alternative products from another supplier and getting delivered by courier to fulfil Xmas gifts.
