Feb 21,2025I called in today to see why I couldn't retrieve my account and I spoke with a young lady name Jiana when I tell you she helped me out in so many ways not just retrieving my account but she also found other things that was wrong with my account and to why my credit score had dropped tremendously Jiana was on point with everything she explained everything step by step to me and she made sure I understood everything that she told before she moved on to the next question she explained everything thoroughly Jiana defently took a lil pressure off of me she was great very smart and intelligent and knew her job through out if I was to ever call back again I would most definitely like to speak to Jiana and no one else lol she was very polite Jiana is definitely a keeper on y'all's team 💯

But when i called Experian your Associate Haymes Lorenzo was So Friendly Imformative,knowledgeable and So Helpful in changing things on my reports that i needed to delete ,old addresses,multiple names and freezing my credit! gave me a Peace of mind knowing my accounts are safe and i need to do before i need to make a purchase or open an account!
