Feb 13,2025Haymes displayed remarkable knowledge about the layout, contents and order of each page where I had to supply information. He was also familiar with the dashboard to navigate me through the whole process. His directions were clear and simple. He also displayed competence and confidence in a friendly fashion. I was treated as a valued cutomer and human being. I pray his employer recognizes these qualities in Haymes and allows him to flourish with his employer if Haymes so chooses. I wish him well. Feb 12,2025I was told they needed my credit card number for a one dollar verification fee. After the call was over I went to my bank to check my balance and noticed this company charge me $248. All I needed was to make A note on my credit report that I had fraudulent activity on one of my credit cards. Very disappointing that this company tried to fraud me as well. They did return my money, however, upon request.

Feb 12,2025First and most important thing about our conversation was that she listened to me! Then she gave her opinion on what best to do. I think she's very intelligent and deserves a raise. Joseph Monahan Thought I was talking to TransUnion Credit but I was speaking with someone from "hello" at least that's how they answer the phone. No company name or anything else. Fooled me! I'll be paying $200+ for not asking who they were, first! Didn't mean to mislead you!
