Then their customer service is very rude. they won't let you cancel, they will ask you to pay . They come to you every week. Please do not share your personal information with this company. They will do anything with your information. If you generally pay this money, these things will never end.

Jun 10,2024Do not use this website. I I tried out the free trial, didn’t like it and canceled it way before the trial was up even canceled my account. They are still charging my card for random amounts. Had to get my bank to block them because they can’t “find my account”

Apr 07,2024How can a company like this exist. I contacted them as I couldn't work out why my credit rating was low on 2 of the credit rating sites. They look at it and came back and said they could help me. It is over 6 months now & they have change nothing. I rang them earlier on as I was concern they were acting on problems from nearly 20 years ago with no success. The money is still be taken out, but I can't access the information on the site that they said I could. No contact from the company for months. I will be contacting ACCC

Oct 21,2023Credit Repair did its job. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the service because I moved to a state where they're not licensed. However, my improved credit score made moving a lot easier. When I signed up for Credit Repair a few years ago, my score was 563. When I started looking for a new place to live this past week, my score was 804. I was able to choose exactly where I wanted to live and I moved in immediately after filling out the application in the leasing office. I paid first and last months' rent only without a security deposit and they even waived the application fee. Life is much easier with good credit. If your credit is really bad, I would definitely recommend Credit Repair. They gave me a really good start.

Sep 24,2023CreditRepair.com is a complete scam. Do NOT use their site or pay for anything! First, when you start services and make your first payment you won't actually be able to log in to their website. It doesn't matter if you try the forgot password feature, that won't work. All you can do is send an e-mail to their support team, but it will take them an entire WEEK to get back to you. After you pay and then wait over a week to actually sign in to their site, you won't actually be able to use anything on the site. To start services, you have to complete a "credit repair game plan," but their site is so dysfunctional that you're not able to actually do that. You'll keep clicking "save" over and over again in a fruitless attempt to do something, but it won't ever work. And of course don't count on their support, because it takes them over a week to respond back. Literally the only thing on their website that works is the payment feature. They make sure they can take your money, but literally nothing else on their site works. And of course you can't cancel online. You have to call their customer service line, which is only open during business hours. Then the actual "credit repair" services they do offer are simply sending letters to creditors asking for proof of the debt, and if no proof is available to remove it. This is something you can actually do on your own for free. So, in summary, CreditRepair.com is a total scam and fraud of a website. DO NOT PAY THEM ANY MONEY. You might as well just set your money on fire.

Jul 10,2023I was taken advantage of I was in a situation that in the next 6-12 months I was wanting to apply for a home loan and had one previously for 7 years. Signed up with them in December 2022 and still no change to my score. Had a low credit score that was baggage from my previous relationship of 10 years they advised they would get my score back to good and I would be in a position to get a home loan no problem at all. 7 months into it my score has not moved they want $3500 and I was in dispute with them they advised direct debits would not be taken whilst in dispute yet randomly even twice a week they would try and take money from my account and still do. I went into hospital for an operation and was not in a position to communicate and was short of money they tried turning the entire situation back onto me saying the dispute was due to my financial circumstances and I could not pay. Absolutely terrible operators and there website I could never log into they would advise that they would ring to discuss at 11am then they would call at 2pm and state we tried calling your never available and we don’t have anyone that can talk to you now when I returned three call. Rip off people that take advantage of desperate people wanting to better their lives. Stay away they just offered a $250 reduction to pay my account I am taking this further they have not achieved one thing they promised for in 7 months and there are services out there that are free.

May 05,2023Posted a review in relation to horrible service, not settling the case and being pushy to take a $250 settlement fee. Due to the negative review, I have been offered a small refund of $660, when I spent over $3,000. I decided to take it, they went to send the contract over and advised I would receive my refund of $660 upon receipt of removing my negative review. This company is something else. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

Apr 01,2023I found this company and thought they'd be able to help me. Well what I found out is after 6 months of having them they charged me over $1,000 a month and they did nothing for me. It was the biggest waste of money I ever bothered to get the ending did absolutely nothing my credit score did not change they did not resolve anything for me . I would beware of taking this company on.

Mar 16,2023I'm always striving to improve my credit. I opened an account just to see if there was anything I didn't know about. After paying them $49.95 up-front, they checked my credit and found no issues. W/in 30 days, I cancelled it as there was nothing to fix. When I did, they said I owed another $32.11. While they'll try to throw the T&C at you, just remember, this is a company who will charge you when you cancel, even if they did nothing. Just not a good business.

To this date I've had no Results on my credit report And they have taken over a $1000 for me. When I called to get an update they had no answer For me Nor could they do anything going forward. If I were you I would read all reviews before signing up with this company.

Dec 03,2024Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and Misleading Information I signed up for a service with this company in May, but it has been a nightmare. I tried to cancel the service early on, but I was told it required a minimum of 26 weeks before I could do so. Fine, I agreed and specifically instructed them to cancel my service automatically at the end of the 26 weeks. They confirmed this would be done. Fast forward to now—nearly 30 weeks later—and I’m still being charged! I only noticed recently, and this is unacceptable. Their lack of follow-through and accountability is infuriating. How can a company that claims to help with financial matters have such poor internal management and communication? They are quick to take your money but fail to honor basic agreements. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Stay away unless you want to deal with unnecessary stress, false promises, and terrible service.
