CreditRepair.com really focuses on their members, offering several incredibly useful customer resources, such as an online dashboard and mobile app. The company states their vision is not solely on one-time repairs, but in helping consumers create a healthier future.
This company is horrible. Their website and app are a joke. I had to reset my password EVERYTIME i tried to log in. Was told there was an issue but nothing was ever done. They charge ridiculous amounts for sending the same letters over and over. Had one thing in almost 4 months removed and that was only because it was already out of collections. I was charged a full month even though i called in 2 days after i was charged because i couldnt sign in again and they refused a refund. The supervisor was rude and pretty much told me she would not escalate my call because i didnt like her answer and i would be charged for work they hadn't even done yet.
Save your money and do it yourself!!!!! Worst experience I ever had. First off my credit score decreased drastically, lowest it’s ever been. I had only two things that were removed and that’s because I paid up one debit and the other was past seven years so it was coming off anyway, but nothing else was removed with all the challenges and money spent, they actually made one of the creditors reopen a case that was closed and my score is constantly going down because of it. I highly recommend not working with these people you are better off doing it yourself, I definitely wasn’t satisfied with their service. Please don’t waste your time
I had a disputed charge with Verizon wireless which was adversely affecting my credit score. As I was not sure how to navigate the situation I hired creditrepair.com to take care of it for me. I spent 6 months and $700 with them. During that time I contacted them twice and did everything that they suggested. My credit score never budged an inch. An attorney friend of mine suggested I contact the FCC to file a complaint with Verizon to expedite resolving the matter. Verizon contacted me within 3 days and we had the entire matter settled within two weeks. It seems to me that creditrepair.com should have known how to resolve the matter quickly. For me, saying creditrepair.com was a disappointment would be a kind way of saying I wasted $700 in 6 months for zero. I'm sure they must provide some benefit to someone or they wouldn't be in business but it certainly wasn't my experience. Far from it.
Scam. Paid $70 a month for a year with barely any success. They “sent letters” and charged me to cancel my account. Scam!
This company is a scam. They offer zero, let me repeat, zero accountability to anything other than charging you every month to send the same canned letters. But they are happy to continue charging you hundreds of dollars every month. All a creditor has to do is send their canned response to this company's canned response, and the canned response they give you when you ask about it is 'Its a stall tactic'. So I decided to stall tactic my future payments to you - and figure this out on my own. Zero accountability, zero verification of actual success results, and what seems like canned responses to everything in their chat responses. It may take me seven years to have items removed from my credit report - but I will save THOUSANDS of dollars by not paying these guys for their canned letters and chat responses.
You can contact your creditors yourself. You can verify validity of the debts yourself. You can negotiate payoff values yourself. You can remove inaccurate information yourself. Why pay these people WAY too much money for things you can do? Use the internet and find form letters to send to your creditors requesting "verification of debt". If they are valid, it's simple. Pay your bills. Best plan though is to not overspend and create the debt situation. In 2014 I was at 540. I researched the topic, did what I had to do, and now I am over 800 and have been since 2016. You can do this on your own. Remember, the first rule is "When you find yourself in a hole, stop digging." EDIT: They replied asking me to contact them but I have no account there and no need to create one. If you really want to have a chat, send me an email address to reply to. One that goes to a person, not a generic mailbox.
My husband signed up for this and was told that we would both get an account for the price of one. Lies of course. Then when trying to cancel they are dodging us. I told them I wanted to cancel within the 5 days they agreed to with no hassle. Well, lots of hassle! I do not recommend them. Each person I talked to gave me a different line.
I have to be honest to say that my overall experience has been great expect for a small roadblock. I was originally dishearten with a particular component as they were always really good. I did speak to Alex from the dispute resolution and have to say, one of the humble, kind hearted humans I've met. He was so calm and understanding and assisted in trying to repair that small roadblock. Out of all of my experiences with services, Alex was the greatest and would recommend this services. 11/10.
BEWARE !!! For 7 months I paid $119.95 I would call every month To get an update, Because I never received Emails .Every robot I spoke with was very polite, Telling me the same line, Challenges were sent out ,it can take 30 to 60 days, Well the only thing that happened every 30 days, you guessed it. $119.95, BEWARE !!!
Very good experience
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...Just cancelled my account...Why...paid 3 months to have a collection & BK (not mine) removed. They took 3 months to notify the collection agency. Oh they'll give you half off for the inconvenience...I uploaded information to aid in the removal of the bk...oh after a month..I checked for status, they first said they didn't received it...I pressed and got "oh we can't use it". I was warned that they just Want to Keep you on the Tit...Keep Paying For at least a year...Now they will do 1 or 2 ,if you have more. Here's the trick...They'll tell you that they're working on your other cases...those will go out in a week...dragging it out...making you think that they care. Think about it ...ohhh don't forget they'll tell you also replies take 45 to 60 days...(2to 3 payments) see a pattern? By law replies are 30 days ...no covid excuse or mail. They don't not have your best interests at heart...
She was so pleasant and kind the woman I spoke with. And she was so helpful and caring i can't thank her enough.
Credit repair help me raise my score and educated me on how to build and manage my credit. They removed everything negative on my credit
I was asked to rate my experience, today with credit repair. It was smooth. I've been with them for a while now. Working with Angela was smooth. You'll bump into some bad apples within that company, but the conversation we had, about my situation addressing companies with bad practices where good. She was clear and patient with me, but the company itself, needs to stop with the stall tactics and do their work. That's why many people have gone to them for help.
My story was helpful and honest.
This company is very professional and very well mannerd. I recommend them to anyone needs help with your credit
After my Divorce my credit took a beating. Even with me doing all I knew to do I just couldn't get it where I knew it should be. I contacted Credit Repair.com and they were so kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful. Within a month things started moving forward and upward! Thank you so much CreditRepair.com
I used credit repair around five years ago and they were great but now every month of paying 119.0 dollars all I’m getting is we sent these challenges and letters nothing really changed I thought it was me but I talked my 3 friends into getting it with me I said do many great things because my experience back then was great but now the 4 of us experienced the same thing no great big change for the amount of money coming directly out of our bank accounts o cancelled my account
Very helpful and very direct answers

Jan 14,2023Company is a complete joke I originally subscribed to the service to help remove some negative stuff affecting my credit score and spent a little over $1000 over the course of several months and no actual work was done and when I went to cancel my subscription they charged me $30 just for canceling
