Dec 09,2020The setup went OK...not as easy as you claim. But then you're left on your own as you do not get an 'owner's manual' to help you operate the camera. For instance: -how do i work the pan/tilt? Or do I have no control on that? On its own it is a bit erratic. -does/can the camera adjust for a background brighter than the subject? -does the camera send an alert every time it 'sees' motion (mine was giving me alerts about every 2 mins. Are there ways to filter what alerts it sends? -how does the Sim card work? Does it stop filming if it is full or does it overwrite the oldest videos and keep on going? I don't think I should have so many questions open

Dec 05,2020I am so pleased with these cameras! I have had other cameras for awhile and now need to replace them with a different camera. I did my research and looked at a lot of reviews. I wanted a quality solution with no monthly subscription or storage fees for pictures and videos. Crorzar 360 checked off all my boxes. I ordered one to check it out, only to confirm that the cameras do what Crorzar said they do. Love these cameras and love the quality, especially for the cost!

Oct 29,2020Recently I had a problem with my camera. I contacted customer service and the problem was quickly corrected with the help of one of their technicians. The picture quality is excellent and I am notified when the camera detects motion. I highly recommend it for price and quality.

Oct 11,2020Just received camera today, very quick shipping. However, like others, the instructions are so small cannot read them. I finally got camera working with some difficulty. The picture quality is really great. I'm having difficulty maneuvering the camera, but plan on watching YouTube videos to learn more. So far, I'm pretty satisfied.

When I called for help in setting up my 360 cameras he not only walked me through the issues that was over looking but call me back the next day, TWICE, to make sure we were able to fine tune my cameras for optimum operation.
