Sep 08,2020The camera was very easy to set up and works very well. I plan on setting up and outdoor camera and am curious as to how it is going to work. We have a low crime area but I like to know what is going on around the house when we are not home. So far I am very satisfied with your product.

Aug 17,2020I read the reviews and ordered it. At first I had a little trouble but then it finally worked. I think the issue I had was not really knowing how to work it not a connect issue. But I am impressed with the picture and the features of it.

Aug 08,2020CONS: The instructions are very small and very difficult to read, even with my reading glasses/magnifying glass. However I took pics with my camera and simply enlarged the pics. The instructions failed to show how/where to install the SD card. However a you-tube video clearly exposed the secret. The power cord is only about 2 feet. However a cheap power cord extension allowed me to reach a outlet. PROS: Fast delivery, good price, no cloud storage fee, free app, free 32 gb sd card, and they followed up with me about the product and if I had any questions. My question is, how do I delete video events without downloading them? Even deleting them after downloading some, they still show up as video events.

Aug 07,2020the instructions said to access google play and it would not do it for a spell even with different wifi and computer connections... It ended up taking over 1 1/2 hrs to get connected...

Aug 06,2020Haven't been able to install. The count down goes too fast and is such small print I'm very frustrated. Bought two and haven't been able to use either. Will try one more time.....and, if no luck, i'll have to return.

Jul 15,2020I have been using the Crorzar contacts for a while now and I am happy with them as a replacement for the Linear (Honeywell compatible type). They seem to be as reliable or better with the same range. My one complaint is that they do not have a listed bar code so you have to auto-enroll any sensor. In some cases on older panels, having the bar code helps with enrollment. However, any new system you can auto enroll your sensors so it is not an issue with new systems.

Oct 06,2020ANY COMPANY that tell you you act better than their team, has NO concept of customer service, Your buying a product. They are the SERVICE reps, but act like the new generation of offense when held to accountability. If you want to be treated lousy Lied about and then listen to their BS about how it was YOUR fault? The company LIED about the postal office situation and then allowed their phone rep (OF COURSE IT WAS A FOREIGN BASED CALL CENTER) to scream at me, expecting no response in kind. Then I had to file fraud charges with my bank when they refused to refund. Post office sent their crap back after we explained what they claimed and PO knew the company was full of BS. Im not in the habit of giving positive reviews to companies who dont deliver product then allow their phone reps to yell at their customers. We refused delivery due to poor service. Make Your own assessment but we wont use them. AND AFTER all this Crap the Moronic crew try telling me Im abusive because their rep yelled at me.
