Nov 02,2021I recently purchased a kingsize ottoman bed from Crystal Comfort! And i must say wow i am stunned at the quality of the bed and the quality of service from these guys! 1000% would recommend, i never usually write reviews but this one was definitely worth taking the time out. The quality is second to none and the mattress you get with the bed is perfect as well! Was so comfy!! I know who ill be contacting for my all my bed needs now! Well done to the team at Crystal Comfort!! ❤️

Oct 23,2021Been looking for the perfect bed for a while now and I saw one on Crystal Comforts website which was exactly what I wanted. I recieved it the week after and it is much better than I expected it to be. It is very sturdy and absolutely beautiful to look at. I would definitely recommend buying a bed from Crystal Comfort, what you pay for the bed is amazing for the quality! Also would like to thank the delivery driver who single handedly carried up the bed to my Apartment as I would not have been able to do that by myself. Overall I had a brilliant experience buying from Crystal Comfort and will definitely be using them again in the future

Oct 12,2021Came across this company whilst looking for a bespoke bed on Instagram. Ordered a Sudbury wingback ottoman storage bed and the bed was delivered a week and a half later. The bed looks amazing and was quite easy to put together. I had to contact them on a few bits since I’m no DIY expert but it was relatively straightforward. Only one small negative was that I was notified on a Thursday that the bed would be delivered on Sunday and they would confirm a time soon. Since I live on the third floor I wanted to arrange help in advance to take it upstairs, incase the driver only delivered to the ground floor. However, I didn’t receive a time and they only confirmed the time on Saturday night after I emailed them to find out. It all worked out though since the delivery driver helped me take the bed up so nothing too much to worry about and not worth knocking off a star. Would definitely recommend and would order again.

May 18,2021Ordered the Clayton bed in king size and in Naples silver fabric. Was so delighted when the bed arrived! Quality and price were spot on! I’m all set to order my next bed from them.

May 11,2021Communication was a little slow at first but most likely due to covid and me over worrying purchasing from a company who arent a large retailer. Nevertheless, our bed was delivered this week after a long wait to get our new house keys and we are absolutely IN LOVE with it. The quality is absolutely beautiful. There was a very small mark on the headboard when it arrived however they have sent a care kit out in the post which is brilliant. The delivery guys were really friendly too. The building of the bed (we had an ottoman) was fairly straight forward when we knew how but Crystal Comfort talked us through it when building which was hugely appreciated! I was worried initially about the risk but honestly, I would highly recommend these guys. I would definitely purchase again also!!

Apr 15,2021This is review for my second purchase this time purchased 2 singles for my girls room, the girls didnt want another bunk, so I asked crystal if they could do a bespoke bed which would allow both beds to fit in an L shape...so the girls can use as seating of as a bed...it works perfect fits perfectly!! And I even managed to get a bespoke mattress...thanks...2 more rooms...more orders to come!! I would defo recommend!

Mar 03,2021I initially came across the company through their Facebook page. They had the exact model bed/fabric that I was looking for and for a fab price (389.99 for a king-size), with it being a Facebook page and not a very well known company I was a bit sceptical about the price vs quality of the bed. I bit the bullet and placed my order and was so pleased with the bed. Their customer service was also 5* from pre-delivery question to helping out with when my order was running late (couriers fault). Will certainly look to purchase other products from here again the future. Thank you!

Feb 09,2021I was really impressed with the bed I received! It looked exactly like the picture. The quality is amazing. I brought the storage bed in a small double and there is so much storage. It is defiantly worth the money. It also came within a week of ordering. I’m so happy with it.
