Jul 09,2020I ordered the bed during covid. It took a little while longer than I wanted but the team were upfront and honest about delivery. When they delivered they carried the bed upstairs. Very simple to assemble and the bed is absolutely fabulous. Would definitely order when I'm next looking for a bed. Very classy great quality. Daughter is very happy.

Oct 25,2020I would 100% recommend Crystal comfort! In fact I have already told family and friends to order with them as I was that please with the service and the bed I received. The customer service from the start is what sold me. I was liaising with Sarah and she was so helpful/ patient with me. I don’t usually like to purchase items especially large items online. But Sarah reassured me every step of the way by answering all my questions ( and I had a lot lol). The bed is absolutely gorgeous and of very very good quality! The delivery was also quick! That being said, there was a slight hiccup with my order. However, this was resolved promptly and sufficiently which I am ever so grateful for. Aside from that, 11 /10 for the service, price, delivery and bed. Thank you so much Crystal Comfort!
