Apr 04,2025A friend recommended Crystal Drains. We had a major problem with 7 out of our 11 toilets blocked. I rang Crystal and they came a couple of hours later and seem to have fixed the problem for hundreds of pounds less than another quote I received. They were terrific. Thanks

Apr 03,2025Investigated rat problem potentially from drains into garden. Found the problem. Returned 2 days later to fix the problem. Quick, efficient, came on time, clean and tidy. Job done. Would definitely use again / recommend.

Feb 08,2019This is the company I will ALWAYS use for drain maintenance. I was helped by Paul who is the friendliest and most knowledgeable guy you could hope to turn up at your house when you need drain work done. The kit he used seemed top notch (although I'm no expert) and I got to see the exact state of my drains with his camera. He turned up bang on time and sorted everything out straightaway. He even cleared up mess and waste left behind by another company. As for value for money, well, we ended up arguing about the fee because I wanted him to take more money and he wouldn't accept it! Can't recommend this company highly enough!
