Just had CS Heating put us in a new boiler & completely re modelled our shower room and separate w.c. The works carried out by this team was excellent we cannot fault them at all. All these guys were all so polite and professional. They covered our floors and cleaned up after themselves every day before they left. The work they did for us well we can only say it looks amazing. Would like to especially say a huge thank you to John the plumber who worked non stop to give us a couple of lovely rooms.Dave who came around initially to talk through with us what we required and came by most days to check all was okay. We would definitely recommend this company to any one looking to have a new boiler installed or for any other bathroom or plumbing needs.

Called out emergency plumber on a sunday. Arrived within one hour. Bit pricey at £115 for first hour and fixed problem within 10 mins but grateful someone came and sorted out blocked toilet quickly.

Excellent service, highly recommended. We had an issue with the motorised value for our heating/hot water just as the weather was turning colder. I called up and spoke with Paul who went through the options and gave me a price for the repair (subject to inspection by the engineer). I booked an appointment for the following day, the engineer arrived and explained the issue and the way that he thought would be best to correct the problem. Work was completed quickly and efficiently and in a tidy fashion. Payment could be made on the spot via credit card machine and invoice confirmation was received a day or two afterwards. I would have no hesitation in recommending this family run company.

Can’t fault c.s heating and plumbing on their customer service on the phone and in person. On initial Callout Engineer was very polite and straight talking explaining what needed to be done . Got the impression that this is a no nonsense professional outfit. Will definitely recommend. Jp McRory

We had a leaking pipe union under a tap. Although not quite an emergency I was pleasantly surprised as to the speed in which C S Heating & Plumbing attended and by the politeness of the Office Staff and to the Engineers who attended. The overall cost was not excessive either. I would be very happy to recommend this company.

Very good experience with this company. Rang regarding a leak from the bathroom. Very friendly phone conversation and the plumbers arrived within the hour. Just over an hour from arrival, pinpointing the problem and completion of the job. Friendly and tidy, fair cost, recommended.
