Nov 25,2020The customer service is outstanding, Nick Cornford is my Rep. and he went above and beyond with answering questions and helping me getting the alerts set up and frequently following up. I was a little skeptical in the beginning, especially since I was going to transfer a large amount, but once I did the transfer, everything was done way faster than projected by the system (system told me funds should be available in my account in 3-4 days) but in fact I had the money available to me in my account in the US in 24 hours!!!! Thru another service (most well known on the internet, without mentioning names) my transfer based on the amount I transferred (it was a quiet substantial amount) would have been about $ 68.00 more, but the hazard of paperwork that I would have to supply to them was not worth it to me, and it would have involved names and address and other private information about my buyer of my real estate and myself, that in my opinion would have violated the privacy of my buyer as well of myself. I have a few more transfers coming up and I will use currencytransfer without any hesitation again. Thank you for a smooth and super fast transfer and thank you Nick for an outstanding customer service experience!!!!!!

Nov 16,2020Juste une remarque. J'oublie toujours de de désigner le bénéficiaire in finae de la transaction. Pourquoi le site ne prévoit il pas cette étape comme obligatoire sans laquelle la transaction n'aboutit pas.
