I was slightly apprehensive as this was the first time we had used a Currency Transfer company however the support and guidance i recieved from our dedicated manager Louisa was fantastic. We have processed a number of transactions now and all have gone through seamlessly. I found the rate alert feature especially useful as this gave me a clear idea of the best time to make my transfers. Will definitely use Currency Transfers' services again.

May 17,2021Very few would provide a service of a such high standard. Extremely professional and incredibly helpful. One of my transfers returned back due to overseas bank error and staff very assuring and kept in touch almost on a daily basis until all international transfers were completed. Very good exchange rate. No hesitation in recommending anybody who is looking to transfer money internationally.

Apr 17,2021The service offered by CurrencyTransfer was exceptional overall. Starting from the sign up process all the way to making a transfer using live market rates was very easy. The added value was the personal accounts manager being assigned to me who helped me through the first transaction as using an alternative service than a commercial bank for transfer of funds seemed very daunting at the beginning. Another useful tool in helping understand the platform was the demo website which allowed me to go through an example transaction. This showed how the quotes were generated and how the rate can be locked in ready for transfer to the beneficiary account.
