Mar 28,2020I was accompanied super nice through the whole process and the transfer. It was a complete surprise for me that you feel so well advised and cared for during a money transfer. The team of Nick, Tom and Cirian felt that they were always available. I was very insecure and had the impression that I was behaving a little awkwardly, but never once had the feeling that this was getting on anybody's nerves. I don't think that I would have to transfer such an amount of money anymore, but if I had to, CurrencyTransfer would be my first choice. Thanks again. Sabine

Mar 16,2020What makes CurrencyTransfer awesome is its customer support. The people are very nice and sympathetic. They really take you by your hand during the whole process. I would call them with any little issue and they always helped me out. I had a pretty rare exchange currency which was from Swiss frank to Mexican pesos. Money got send back twice, assumingly once because someone from the finance people did a mistake by typing in the numbers incorrectly. This can happen, we are all human! Still this is an company dedicated to money transitions and in general it took very long and I had to call over and over again. But the Team did really their best I would not punish them for that, it was a rare exchange. Trust worthy, I will continue relying on them. Customer support: 5 stars!

Mar 09,2020I needed to transfer a large amount of AUD to GBP for a property purchase and I was quite nervous due to the amount of money. However, Nick and everyone I was in contact with at Currency Transfer were incredibly helpful! All questions were answered and there was a lot of support provided when my bank in Australia kept throwing spanners into the works! Nick went above and beyond even calling the bank to ask questions and research options. Would definitely use Currency Transfer in the future and recommend to others!

He was so patient especially when we had trouble getting the funds out of a provincial bank. But he never gave up on us, even ringing us here in Australia a couple of times. Thank you all. Feb 07,2020Service is outstanding on chat, email and when they call you. Website is not "clean", when waiting for quote on a transfer it still shows a drop down of the amount.. a bit distracting.

Currency Transfer was incredibly helpful over both email and phone, answered all my questions and made me feel confident with my transfer. Their rate was orders of magnitude cheaper than my bank. Will be using them in the future for all my transfers.

May 02,2020Previously used IFX broker but was blocked by my saudi bank (SABB) .. it’s been confusing to get going..., no notification that website no active at weekend.... no instructions to work your way through (your first time guidance) .., no explanation of dates ... should I get the cash there first ? Rates are poor thus far ..: IFX was much better. It’s all been something of a fumble for a new customer.
