Oct 12,2019Absolutely horrible! Incessantly emailing sales emails to me and I never requested any info or to be put on list! Not coincidentally, they also DO NOT include an unsubscribe link in their sales emails (which is against the law). I would never do business with any company that bothers their customers like this. Or companies that break the law (especially a financially based one that does)!

Aug 26,2019When recently looking to transfer funds back to the UK we had a few options 1) bank here, 2) bank in Italy 3) a broker. Even a cursory look at the options tells you that you have to choose option 3 but that leaves you needing to then choose a broker. We checked a few out - in many ways we were more careful because it was our own money - and after looking at options we signed up with CurrencyTransfer. Inevitably we were a bit wary but from the first moment on the registration the staff was impeccable. The chaps who sign you up knew exactly what they were doing and we registered without issue. We were then transferred to Nick Cornford, our account manager. I can’t speak highly enough of Nick. He was always available, never pushy and made a technophobe feel very comfortable with online system (which was easy to use). Most importantly the rates were brilliant, far better than any other broker we looked at, and the money arrived ahead of time. If you need to transfer money, use these guys.

Jul 25,2019The Currency Transfer service is a valuable service to me. I use it frequently and have found the system to be *very* good. The support staff are always there if or when I have any questions. I tried 3 other similar services and none of them were comparable - the rates that I receive have not been beaten by any of the others and the Currency Transfer system is by far the easiest one to use and understand. I have come to rely on them heavily and will continue to do so.
